It was good, it was very good. It was all of last year. I think, but they were kind of on their own schedule or I would just find out when they were here. Other than that, I think it was just fine. At least the grass was happy. I don?t know the comparative pricing, but I think it was probably an ?A? as well, it wasn?t too bad. I think, the only thing if they had to improve was I had no clue what the schedule was. They would just come and do their things. <br /> <br /> At times, it was like fall is coming soon, are they going to come or not come for the winterization. I just had no idea. Of course, they came through, but that was the main thing I would want them to improve on. To kind of give people a heads up on what the dates are and when they expect to be there, so there is less guessing. I did get in touch with them trying to find out and they did get back to me right away. There was no set schedule, so I can?t hold them to a schedule if I don?t know what it was. It was a yearly plan, basically pay one time a month.

He showed up for the 1st and 2nd service. The technician didn't leave a receipt for what he did on the third service. For the 4th service that I was supposed to receive, he never showed up.

"All of the services that were purchased were completed before the end of the season including, at no fee an aeration at the time of the overseeding being done. We at Grassroots regrets your being unhappy with the services that were performed. A decision was made to discontinue leaving invoices at the residence when work was completed for a client that paid in advance of the service. Invoices are only left for clients that had not paid in advance."

terrible. They promised they wouldn't be like a TruGreen or other big companies but I was wrong.

they came out to do the spring application. Called about brown spots on lawn came to look did some sort of application. Never came back for the rest of the services. I called to find out when they would be back left message no response. I proceeded to call and left messages from August to October and never received a call back and the services have never been completed. I had used them in the past and they had been very responsive but this year I am completely di- satisfied. No response from my 6 phone calls and messages. I am requesting a refund. I have to now find a new company to complete the lawn chemical and seeding process. I am hoping it isn't to late to get our lawn back to the way it was a couple of years ago.

It was so bad going to his office as he was making excuses of the weather and so forth. He finally did the job but he didn't know I had paid. He did a good job. The price was good as well.

It was okay. They have come in several times already, there is maybe a few more times to come. So they haven't completed yet. They have not charged me any more than the big deal cost so far. Their pricing is good.
