Came out to give an estimate in a timely fashion. Flexible all around with how to get the work done, including payment options, and discussed different designs with us. Knowledgeable of the code and pointed out something in the architectural drawings that needed to be changed. Answered emails. Updated little detail in the contract quickly when I asked about it. Scheduled a time to do the work relatively quickly, including the permitting. I am a little out of the way and they did the hour drive without a complaint. Came and did the job in a timely fashion and were courteous and professional. Upgraded the panel and then roughed in everything for the new kitchen locations. Cleaned up each time. When I'm ready for the bathroom they will get another call. Great team, great work.

I had to hire an electrician who repaired the plug and there had been a near fire.....the dryer did not work at all contrary to what the appliance repairman said.

Ben and Luke arrived on time and went right to work analyzing the electrical problem. They changed the damaged receptacle and made sure the microwave was again up and running. In addition, they checked to ensure there was no damage to the electrical box in garage and wiring was adequate. Both were knowledgeable and able to answer our questions. Great service provided by the two young men. Will definitely call Gray Brothers for future electrical work. The Angie's List discount was also appreciated.

I have never had to hire an electrician before, so I did not know who to hire. I chose Gray Brothers Electric, LLC because of their excellent reviews off of Angie's List. Boy, I am glad, I did that! Gray Brothers Electric was awesome. They were very professional, quick and even cleaned up after the job. I had a ceiling fan installed in my kitchen and a switch. I did not have a light source, so they had to run a wire in the attic, cut a hole in my ceiling and install my fan. They even wired in a switch to turn the fan on and off from my wall, instead having to get a ladder to turn the fan on and off. I also had a problem with my recess lighting. They found the problem and had it fixed within 10 minutes. Excellent customer service!!! I will defiantly use Gray Brothers Electric for all of my electrical needs. Thank you!!

They didn't spend full time with me. And they only repaired one project for me and pointed out the other electrical problems but didn't repair them.
