Kane was very responsive and professional. He showed up early and stayed for as long as needed to complete what I would consider a full home inspection. He communicated very well, provided LOTS of details, photos and videos for my reference. This is my first home purchase and his service was just what I needed to make this journey as painless as possible while keeping a high level of excitement.

Kane took his time to perform the inspection and never rushed the process. He was punctual (actually earlier than the scheduled time). He used Drone to inspect the roof which is pretty awesome! Of course, the report is very detailed.

Kane was very helpful. I encountered a time crunch with due diligence and he was able to step in and perform the inspection. Inspection took about 4 hours and he had the written report to me by 5 pm the same day. Since I am out of state and unable to view the inspection, Kane made a second trip back to the property to get more information on a defect found.

Kane was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He even did thermal imaging in my home for no extra charge! I got my report within 24 hours and was very pleased with how detail oriented he was. Would absolutely recommend and use again in the future!

It was great. They were recommend by my real estate agent, they were very good, they walked me around the property which was very thorough, he was able to find some errors of the house and his instrumental equipment like the thermal camera was very good.
