Our hot water heater went out late Saturday night. Knowing we could survive a few days sans hot water, we didn’t call Greater Western Plumbing, but instead chose to submit an online request for service expecting we may get an appointment by midweek. By Sunday morning we received a response that they could get us on the schedule first thing Monday morning. Perfect service on Monday! Despite an incoming snowstorm arrived on time with all the materials. Couldn’t have been more pleasant, respectful of our home and professional. Outstanding experience all the way around. Highly recommend Greater Western Plumbing.

This was the best experience I have ever had with a plumber. On time, courteous, professional, knowledgeable and very reasonably priced. If you go anywhere else you are making a mistake and spending more money than you have to.

Great Western is great. They responded to our call quickly and we were back to living with hot water quickly. They worked with the water heater company to help us get the warranty claim fulfilled. Excellent!!

They did a great job. James was very professional and courteous. He was on time and had all the parts that he needed. We ran into an issue and had to have the city of Westminster come shut off the water to the house. But James advised me how to get that done and he was able to complete all of the work. Also my basement is finished so its a little tricky to work on the plumbing but James went out of his way to do the work so that I did not have to cut any drywall. I am very happy with the work that he did. They are very reasonably priced compared to other plumbers that I have used over the years. I will use Greater Western Plumbing the next time I need plumbing work.

Mike came out to do the estimate and was very knowledgeable and friendly. His bid was priced right for us, so we decided to hire him. He showed up on time and kept us informed through phone and email throughout the entire process. We couldn't have been happier with the work he did. He even came out for an emergency pipe fix when our electricians accidentally punctured one of the water lines. He was great to work with and we would definitely hire him again if we needed his services. We have also recommended him to all of our friends!

Dusty showed up within an hour of my call - replaced the valve in 20 minutes - and was on his way. We discussed the cost of Water Heater replacement - and he gave me good information. I will absolutely call him for future plumbing issues.

I emailed Mike on 6/11, and said that we had a leaking garbage disposer that needed to be replaced along with some flush valve kits. This is for a commercial building. I mentioned that there was some urgency because of the leaking. He emailed me back later in the evening and said that he could come the next day around noon. He and his partner arrived around 12:20 and completed the task in a little over an hour. Mike was friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. We will certainly use him again.

It could not have gone better. They opened up a very small hole in our wall to get to the pipe and patched it quickly and efficiently. There was almost no mess and very little clean up - just some dust from the sheet rock. These guys are very good. The only knock I have is that they were a bit slow in returning my call. They may also want to improve their voice mail message. I thought I had dialed someone's personal phone, not a business.

This is the second time, we have used Greater Western.Fast response - responded very quickly to my initial email inquiry - helped to remote trouble shoot (burst feed pipe despite blown-out sprinkler system and came - prepared - and replaced burst pipe and replaced valve within 1.5 hrs.Thanks!

I literally called 10 plumbers for estimates. Six plumbers would not give me an estimate over the phone. The other 3 estimates were ridiculously high, ranging up to $550. Greater Western provided a reasonable estimate and I hired them. One of the business owners performed the work himself. He was punctual and completed the work in about 2.5 hours, which included his trip to Home Depot (I wasn't charged for the trip). He also educated me a little bit about plumbing, which was a helpful bonus. I've hired 4 different plumbers since I've lived in this house and this experience was the best combination of price and service that I've had. I will definitely hire them for future plumbing needs.

They were excellent. It took them less than ten minutes to fix it, diagnose it and give me a suggestion on what to use if it ever happened again in the future so that I don’t have to spend $65.

Mike was great!  We are new to the area and bought a new home.  Our inspector found a few plumbing problems and we contacted Mike for repairs.  He was prompt, friendly, professional, and thorough.  I would highly! recommend this company and will certainly use them again myself <br />

Mike did a great job!  He was running a little behind his schedule, and called us to let us know when he would arrive.  He arrived right on time!  He quickly got to work on removing the old toilets and installing the new ones.  Everything went well!  Our new toilets are working fine. <br /> He does not charge a trip charge; he charges the hourly rate of $75 per hour.  We ended up paying $105 for excellent toilet installations.  The quality of his work is excellent.  He is friendly, pleasant and professional.  He left his work areas clean.  We will use his services again.   <br /> Thank you, Mike, for such a great experience! <br />

Mike arrived at the agreed upon time.  He removed his shoes as soon as he entered our home.  He was very friendly.  He answered all our questions without hesitation.  He then completed the work very efficiently which took about two hours. <br /> We have not installed our gas range at this point as it is back ordered.  Mike assured us we could contact him if there are any issues with the gas connection.  <br /> We are very pleased with this experience and would recommend and use him again. <br />

They did a great job. Their price was really reasonable and they provided good service. The only thing is they did not send out enough people and my son had to help them. Otherwise, they were very patient on the payments. I was out of town and it probably took 30 days for me to get them paid and they were very nice about it.

We discovered a leak in our basement which we were able to pin down to the kitchen drain pipe.  The water had accumulated under our basement storeroom shelving and was not discovered until we found black mold in the corner of a basement bedroom.  It was obvious that the leak had been there for quite some time.  We cleared out the area before the arrival of our plumber, Dusty.   <br /> Dusty arrived at the scheduled time and found a crack in the pipe.  He also found that a joint on the pipe was never glued (this is the original house plumbing which has never been worked on).  Dusty explained everything to us and also called a mold removal specialist for advice on how to get rid of the black mold on the concrete, carpet, and drywall.  He replaced a section of the pipe and placed a sleeve over the hub of the pipe.  He worked quickly, showing us what he would be doing.  Now, no more leaks. <br /> We were very impressed with Dusty, his honesty, and his willingness to answer questions.  The cost of the work was extremely reasonable ($75/hr plus $13/supplies).  We were expecting a major bill for the repair work.  A few days later we received a check in the mail for the senior discount that Dusty had forgotten to credit us---a check for $8.80!  How honest can you get!!  I felt bad that we even got the discount considering how low the total price of the job was. <br /> Only downside to all of this was that we had to wait a few days before they could come out to do the work, but they were worth the wait. <br /> Will definitely be calling Greater Western when we have plumbing problems.  We are SO impressed. <br />

Woke up in the morning with no hot water and water leaking out of the bottom of a 17 year old tank.  This was a no brainer. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />

I have actually hired their services three times now.  They have done a great job every time.  They are good about giving you realistic expectations.  They take pride in their work.  Really outstanding people and business. <br />

We used this company twice, and both times they were reasonably priced, and provided great service.  The first time they came, they replaced our pressure relief valve, and also a bath/shower faucet handle that had corroded onto the pipes.  They replaced the pipes, faucet, handle, the pressure relief valve, and another shower head for less than what I thought the pressure relief valve would cost.  They were punctual, professional, and did a great job as well.  The second time they came out, they re-installed two toilets that were both leaking in the source lines near the tank (I had tried fixing these twice with no luck and didn't have time to re-install them), and checked out and tightened up the remaining two.  They charged only a little more than I thought the trip cost would be, and did a fantastic job, and succeeded in stopping the leaks.  Next time I need plumbing done I won't make the mistake of waiting so long to call them. <br />

Fine, I bought the hardware and had it on site for him and his assistant.  They went straight to work; he found more valves than I had found.  I ran to the HD to get more supplies.  He was nearly finished when I returned.  Quick and complete.   <br />

Mike responded promptly when I called about the water leak in my basement.  He and Dustin quickly diagnosed and solved the problem after moving my washer and dryer in order to access the origin of the leak.  They not only fixed the leak but left the area where they were working in the basement even cleaner then how they found it!  Mike and Dustin clearly explained the problem, how it was solved and how to avoid it in the future.  The work was done in a timely manner at a good price.  I definitely recommend!!! <br />

They did a great and clean job. They did everything we asked and they explained what they were doing. They responded immedietly to a querey we had as well.
