They came out right away to provide the estimate, which I really appreciated. From the beginning, they were very professional, friendly, and gave a detailed explanation of the entire process. I liked how clearly they walked me through everything so I knew exactly what to expect. You can tell they’re very busy with their schedule, which honestly says a lot about how in demand they are, but they still managed everything efficiently. The whole process felt organized and smooth. Most importantly, I’m very happy with the results. The tiles look so much cleaner and refreshed. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality tile cleaning.

I hired Wes because it was a family-owned business and at a good price. My grout hadn't been cleaned in 15 years,so it might not all come up.The guys who cleaned the grout were friendly and did a great job! A pleasant experience.I recommend them!

Driveway and patio pavers were improperly sealed years ago resulting in white haze everywhere. Only solution was to strip completely, sand and seal. Plan was day 1 strip, day2 sand and seal. After spending day 1 stripping they recommended another day of stripping because it was so thick and stubborn. They were determined to get it done right. It ultimately took 4 whole days to complete. They never asked for more $ and honored the original quote despite it taking twice as long. My pavers look like new and I’ll never have white haze again since they used the correct sealer for Florida. I highly Recommend Great Finishes and will use them again. Totally professional and honorable.

The entire process from the first call until they left was simply amazing. Tremendous customer service, friendly, and professional. The team sent to do the job of polishing my 54 year old Terrazo floor were just as amazing., respectful annd professional. I am Extremely happy with this company and my entire experience. With them. I love the final product of my Terrazo. It looks new. I highly recommend this company. I tried to upload a picture but it says the file is too large.

Great Finishes did a great job. They showed up on time and did what they said they would do, and more. And they followed up a few days later to do some minor touch up work. Our floor had grown a bit tired and dingy over the years as kids and grandkids tracked in dirt, but Wes and his experienced crew brought it back to life. And they were also helpful with advice on how to keep the floor looking great going forward. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Great Finishes. Wes & Anna Clarke made an extra effort to acquire my business. Anna made an appointment for Wes to meet with me the next day. Wes walked into my home, and while talking he was thinking about how his crew could efficiently clean my floors. Wes explained the process of how he would clean my floor. The appointment process was easy. Yesterday, Wes came to my home with his crew, Louis and David. Within 15 minutes, the crew had the equipment in the door, told me the plan for the day, and then went to work. Dave and Louis worked diligently as they cleaned my floors. They checked with me as the job progressed. My floors are now clean and sparkling as I want them. Louis and Dave made sure I was satisfied before they ended the work. It is nice to find a company that has people that have pride in the work they complete. Great Finishes is a top company that is professional and efficient that I highly recommend.

Great Finishes just re-finished our travertine floors in our home in Parkland in a honed finish and they came out spectacular! We have been having them maintain our floors since 2017 when we purchased the home and Wes, the company owner, is extremely knowledgeable and professional in assessing what is needed and getting the work completed.

Always a pleasure working with Wes and his team. He schedules perfectly. He and his two co-workers have done top tier work. He is the only marble expert I would use.

I could not be more happy with Wes and his team and my floors. Wes came out to my house and went over his process and then emailed me a quote that evening. I had a good feeling about Wes and I found his quote to be reasonable. I had heard about the matte finished travertine but I hadn't seen it in person. They offered to do sample areas on my floors to show me the difference between matte and satin. I chose the matte, it really tones down those yellows in the travertine and creates a much more modern looking floor. The guys were there 2 days as originally stated and every precaution was made to keep my home clean. They took pictures of the location of my furniture and decorative items and placed everything back where it was originally. They were all just the nicest, most respectful guys and they did such a great job on my floors. Wes also polished my granite countertops at no additional charge, at his suggestion. I highly recommend them!
