Contacted Great One Mechanical to service my furnace. Tyrence responded quickly. He was very professional and courteous. He completed the needed repair and my furnace is now operating fine.

Mr. Terrence was informative and fair.

The technician perform a diagnosis of the problem and his diagnosis was different from the technician that the warranty company provided. He was able to fix the problem and now the AC unit is working properly.

AC was blowing warm previous installation was incorrect and Terrence solve the problem promptly!

Terrance is an exceptional provider of service. Mannerisms is above, and beyond normal expectations. His knowledge of his area of expertise (air conditioning repairs) is 120%. I'm a stickler for punctual when it comes to being on time. Mr Terrance was right on point. He shared with us the cause & effect of our air conditioners troubles. He replaced the capacitor and immediately we felt comfort. Mr. Terrance is coming back 8/29/23 to work on the upstairs air conditioner. I believe Mr Terrance is an honest upstanding professional gentleman.
