I didn?t like their professionalism at all. I used them for several years and I finally switched this year. Their price was fair, I can?t say they weren?t. They broke my stuff. They would come, but I don?t need you to break my stuff. The in-ground sprinklers come from inside of the house. I had to get a plumber in there after they left. The guy said, ?Oh, I didn?t break it!? I don?t touch any of those water knobs. So, if I didn?t touch it, who touched it? The dog, really! I did not like them. I had taken a contract with them for the year and I don?t know the cost. We used them last year and not using them this year. When I called afterwards they could have called back. When I called to say something, no one ever followed through. Stupid things happen, things break and it may not have even been the guy?s fault. I called more than once, I expect a phone call back, and not from the receptionist, who you speck to, the girl you get on the phone.

It was fine.  Everything went as expected.  The price was good.  I don’t remember anything negative.

This was included in the contract when sprinklers were installed. No question that there would be no charge. They came; it took about 10 minutes. Worker was very polite and knew exactly what he was doing. Very efficient during installation (2012). Work done quickly and with as little disruption as possible. When 2 heads leaked during the year, they came quickly and replaced them with no charge. They have stood behind their work. All contacts have been polite and pleasant. I would definitely recommend them.

Foreman on the Job was a pro...maybe even the owner (did not ask) looked over my system and in 30-seconds diagnosed problem and told me what last company that installed system did wrong ( and he was right) <br />

I have ben using this company for a few years to maintain my sprinkler system. The last year I tok out a prepaid service contract with them. They are always prompt, professional and there prices are fair. They listen to what you want to have done or analyze the problem at hand and before you know it the repair is made. <br />

They gave us a $200 Angie's List discount. Their price was the lowest of the estimates that we got. They were very responsive. I was very satisfied with them. Their brochures and all were quite well done.

Haven't had any problems with the system for 2+ years. Very prompt with appointments, excellent communication. Would recommend, and will continue to use Greco. <br />

I recently had a new fence in my yard installed and needed to have part of my sprinkler system reinstalled. The folks at Greco were very accommodating and gave me a very quick appointment, as part of my yard no longer had a working sprinkler system. They did a great job and worked very neatly without disrupting my plants. I highly recommend Greco Lawn Sprinklers inc. <br />

Steve came to provide an estimate and educate me about home irrigation systems. It was a longer time spent on the initial estimate, but it was well worth the extra time spent. <br /> Steve was also part on the installation team. As he and his team were installing the system he realized that his estimation of the number of zones was a little short. Rather than hit me up for additional money, he just installed the system as it need to be, a fact I did not even realize until he and his team were complete and gone. It is great to have an installer take care of the customer the way Steve does. Premium products were used all-around <br /> There was one head that was installed a bit low, and one phone call, service was scheduled and performed, and now the system runs great. <br />

Everyone I spoke to in the office was very nice and helpful. They set-up a date immediately and the very nice workers arrived punctually. I liked that the owner, Steve, was here to supervise the entire day. He explained the system to me and how to set the timer, etc. When finished, he turned everything on to show me how it works. It has been working extremely well ever since. They will also do the annual winterization, turn on and backflow test. <br />

I left a message on the office machine and the call was returned within 24 hours (can't say that about may contractors these days).  The office staff was friendly and accommodating.  Met with Steve for an estimate.  He was on time, professional and thorough.  He explained everything his company was to do - number of zones, locations of heads, types of heads, material to use, installation process...everything.  I set up an appointment about a week later and everything went according to plan; no surprises - just a few hard working guys who did a great job!  I did get an estimate from one other company.  It's $$ was close, but Steve did a much better job at explaining everything to me.  I didn't feel like just another customer looking for an estimate.  You could tell they care about their product and reputation.  And for that reason, I thought Greco was the best choice.

The service was great. About a month after installation, we ran into a problem with a leak. The owner came right over and assessed the problem. A oil line running into my house had been damaged during sprinkler installation and needed replacement. Steve fulfilled his obligation digging trenches to replace the oil line. He also gave us compensation for the repairs. He even came by weeks later to check on how everything was going. Even though it took time to repair the damage, he stood by his product and company and did what he had to do for us. Not many business owners would do that today. He did anything we asked without question and is a stand up guy. I recommend using him because he can be trusted. <br />

,During the last blizzard on February 9th, I called Greco at the last <br /> minute as it was becoming obvious that the snow fall would be more than <br /> we could handle as we have a double driveway. I spoke with a wonderful <br /> woman named Jeannie who said it might take a little while as they <br /> already had contracted customers. The crew came to our house at 5:30 <br /> Saturday night. We can't say enough nice things about them. They were <br /> pleasant, courteous, kind, and did a super professional job. We will <br /> definitely call them again. <br />
