It was a Big Deal purchase. There was no overselling. There was no extra charge. There were no issues. The price was fine.

I booked the appointment on Saturday afternoon and Joseph was here promptly on Sunday morning. He did a couple of tests to narrow down the issue, all the while explaining the possible components that could go wrong if the test were to fail. The issue turned out to be a heisenbug since our HVAC was decades old, but Joseph gave me a couple of pointers on what to watch out for if the problem surfaced again. I now know a little bit more than I did before about HVACs.

Professional and honest to a fault as far as I experienced. His diagnosis are right on! He fixed both my AC and furnace and they are pretty aged. Had air flow issues with my air conditioning and everyone kept selling me freon to fix the issue. Joseph told me exactly what the problems were and fixed it once and for all. My furnace also had issues shutting itself off and he replaced some parts inside the furnace. Once fixed, the problem didn't resurface. He may dispute what everyone else has advised all along. I trusted his diagnosis and am very happy with his services. He texted or emailed the day before he came to confirm the appointment and was on time, very pleasant and explained the problem and issues which I always like to learn. Some people don't want to waste their time educating their clients. Joseph's way was different. He patient and nice.

Joseph was prompt, courteous, returned calls quickly. He went about his work in a quiet, professional way. He put in a new fan motor. Now it works just fine. I would recommend him to family and friends.

On time and honest. I have very old but still working systems (20+ y.o. a/c and 30+ y.o. furnace). I told the technician that I use them infrequently. He was practical and suggested that I replace both systems when one of them quits working. Didn't try to up-sell for services I don't need. Suggested some services, but at the same time, didn't push for it since the systems are at end of life. Overall I felt comfortable doing business with them in the future.

Joe responded quickly and showed up the same day. He clearly outlined the issue, the costs and solutions. He fixed the issue the same day. I would recommend Joe and use him again.

Well he was very well rounded. He knew what he was doing. He performed the repair service that he was there for and was very professional about it . The most importantly he was very thorough about the problem. He was patient enough to explain the problem and how he is going to approach it. In addition, he kept the work environment clean. 

He introduced him self then ask questions regarding problem and checked unit ,after found problems he tell us coast and time for repair soon as we agreed price he provide part and replace it.

As soon as he arrived, he started asking questions and try to conduct diagnostic and found problem and then he gave us quote for part replacement, cost, labor and time. <br />After we agrred he ordered parts and returned same day and fix the problem.
