We have an old house that leaked pretty badly. Green Audit did an excellent job sealing it up; the difference was immediately noticeable.

Our baby was sleeping during the expection and Anthony was quiet enough that she didn't wake up. The price to make my home better insulated and more efficient was over $11,000. It seemed high as I was estimating it to be about 8. They were not pushy though and we're very respectful of our situation financially.

Sales man was very helpful and answered all my 3223 questions. I ask a lot of questions. Once the crew got to the my house they were very polite and answered more of my questions. Knowledge of the salesman and crew made the whole experience nice. I am hiring them to do the insulation

All the Green Audit folks we worked with - Dan who did the initial walk through, Oz who managed all aspects of the project and Mike and the technicians that performed the work - all were easy to work with. They were on time, kept us informed about scheduled work, answered all our questions and were a pleasure to do business with. A key reason to use this company is their in-depth knowledge of the various programs that are available to help cover the costs of the needed improvements. The scope of the work included using spray foam and other insulation methods to insulate the inside attic walls and ceiling and the rim joists in the basement. They removed potential asbestos-containing insulation from our steam pipes and then used appropriate insulation on the steam and hot water pipes. They replaced inefficient light bulbs with LED's. As a result of their improvements our house is warmer and the boiler doesn't come on as often.

Buyer beware. The workers were the most unprofessional crew I have ever dealt with. They covered nothing, I had to remind them about parts of the job they missed, they used my personal tools and did not put them back in the right place, scratched my floors and they were smoking cigarettes in my garage. They payed for a cleaning service and the scratched floors but when they sent me the check... It bounced! Salt on an open wound. The reason I give them a D and not an F is because the subcontractor ,who did the gas conversation and installation, was great. While my grade stands, I do have to say the management was very responsive and did their best to rectify the situation.

We had some issues that have resulted in changes to our procedures, some additional training and in one case resulted in disciplinary action to the crew involved. While the process was not as smooth as it should have been, we were always committed to work with you to rectify all of the issues. As I mentioned when we spoke, the issue of the bounced check was due to a clerical error, not a funding issue, and we did let you know about that as soon as we were aware of it. While not everything goes as planned, we do try to learn from our errors and we certainly do stand by our work. Skipped thermal due to time of year. Promised to come back but never did despite numerous emails and calls. Audit was useless and gave no recommendations. All i got was free lightbulbs which were only moderate quality.
