Greenbird Landscaping

Greenbird Lanscaping has damaged the siding on my property and is refusing/ignoring my requests to provide their insurance information. They claim to be "fully insured". They are very unresponsive and unreliable in this aspect. They also claim that my newly installed siding is "old" and somehow that is the reason that it was damaged.

They are very personable. They do good work at a reasonable price.

I have had Greenbird doing my lawn cutting for a number of years, and although they do a very thorough job cutting and edging and even leaf cleanup at the end of the season, they have been very frustrating to work with. It is extremely rare that I have received a response from a voice message that I have left for them to call me. Last year I had to make 2 trips to the office at a great distance from my home to get them to start the season for me again. For this season, Greenbird has been horribly unresponsive, causing me to hire someone else to cut the lawn until they finally came out, in which instance I had to ask the employee to recut the lawn because the blade of the mower they used was set much too high and so dull that it shredded the top of my grass blades. He used the other machine on his trailer to do the job right. I have had a stressful, frustrating experience last year and this in getting the service out to my place and getting it re-started for the next season. As I write this review, my Voice mail pleas to have them come to cut my lawn have gone unattended, and I have scheduled a cut for this week to make up for a GREENBIRD no-show last week and so far this week. I have come to the end of the line with Greenbird's unresponsiveness and unreliability.

There is no evidence that they have been out and definitely not on the days on the invoice. Hard to get them to respond. Following many attempts they finally responded that they list "random dates" of service rather than actual dates (??). In addition they keep billing me though it was paid through Angie's List

Last summer, they were mowing our lawn for the first time. We came home one day, and our glass front door was shattered. We didn't know how this happened, but realized that it occurred the same day they'd mowed our lawn. We had the police come out to look at the door, and they told us that it was definitely not a break in.  <br> <br>Greenbird took responsibility for the damage. After fall and winter they came back out to mow our lawn. The owner told me that it's been a year, and that they would check with insurance to see if it would be covered. We have not heard back from the owner. When they came out again to mow our lawn, they caused quite a bit of damage to our outdoor furniture and patio. He's not gotten back with us at all to follow up, so I suspended services. The owner concurred, and said our account was on hold. A few days later, we saw someone from Greenbird at our home, there to mow. We asked him to leave our property.  <br> <br>We've contacted Greenbird on multiple occasions to try and get some compensation for the damage to our property, but we have gotten no response.  <br> <br> <br>

It was okay. They clipped the grass too long. They should have clipped it shorter.

Went fine only issue was it took a little while to come the first time.  I take the blame for it needing to be done asap since I let it get too tall but I had hoped they could have come by sooner that first time. <br />

Things went fine. It was clean. I thought the price was a bit high, unless they were here for four hours. They were very responsive. I am not sure if I am going to use them again. I might look for a better price.

<p>I have been using Greenbird Landscaping for the first time this year and hired them for a full season contract upfront to receive a discount.  The contract cost was approximately $1,300 for the year. I had some issues in the beginning due to a glitch they had with their billing but it has since been cleared up and I have not had any additional issues.  Priscylla in the office has been easy to deal with and helped me sort out the issue they had early on with the service schedule.</p> <p>Greenbird Landscaping has done a good job to date.  They do not leave any yard debris and the lawn looks nice when they have been there to mow.  If they put down any fertilizers or anything I always know as their is a sign they put up so I am aware.</p>
