Very professional. Arrived on time. Spent a lot of time with us talking through our options and helping us understand everything. Answered lots of questions! Ultimately we ended up purchasing a different house (what we really, really, really wanted to do with the house would have put us very much over budget).
I bought this service up front last December for a house I was to close on in February. The provider reached out to me upon receipt and I notified that I would not be ready for a few months and explained why. They told me to let them know when I was ready. Well, time got away from me and we also couldn't decide what we were going to do with the space, so I ended up not reaching out to them until the first part of September. I sent a reply email to the one they had sent me. No response and no bounce-back. I sent another email and started calling the office number as well as the cell number for Henry. The office number is hooked up to the fax machine and Henry's cell gives me a recording that he is not accepting calls at this time. This is every time I call. I tried the website and it has been taken down. Facebook page has not had any activity in a very long time. I would like my money back if he no longer wants to perform the work.

It's hard to say at this point because I haven't used the design to determine if it was a good one or not. He included an estimate with the design which was a little more than I was ready to spend on the kitchen remodel but probably reasonable. It took him a little while to get back to me with design and he did apologize for the tardiness.
They did the granite countertops and sinks in my kitchen and 2 of my bathrooms. They also did the tile, but I had them upgrade the tile. Sometimes, it was a little difficult to get ahold of Henry, the owner. The granite guys did a great job. They were here when they said they would, the mounted the sinks perfectly, etc. The tile contractor, I wasn't as pleased with. The tile guy and his helper were a little late, and the tile guy left after a while. The helper continued and he worked slowly. At the end of the day, the helper said he'd be back tomorrow (Saturday). I waited and waited, and finally had to call Henry. The helper wasn't reliable, and the tile subcontractor himself came back and finished the work. I wasn't pleased with the work ethic of the tile helper.

There were many attempts to contact service provider to schedule estimate with no response. Was told Henry would follow up but it never happened. Very unresponsive.

I think they did a pretty good job. The work was very well done. It was a little bit expensive, but it was definitely quality work. I think they went over the big deal amount because my realtor had them go ahead and do some ceramic tile in the bathroom in addition. I guess they did a quality job. It wasn't slapdash. My realtor does a lot of work and she thought it was a fair price.

We got the quote and design from them, but ultimately decided to go with someone else. They were a bit higher in price and there wasn’t much follow-up on their end. I was hoping for a little more from the design, but they were professional enough. They were also very knowledgeable and helpful in answering my questions.

On time, on budget, excellent, took time to level the floor tiles. Accurate grout line alignment. Only negative was huge amount of fine dust generated, but they cleaned it up.
I purchased new tile through an Angie's List Deal. The price was great. My initial emails to have the service scheduled, Henry to come by and validate the space and additional costs, and confirm my next steps went great. When the installation team (Carlos and crew) showed up on the scheduled install date they were only 30 min. late - not a huge deal. They were quick, courteous and helpful in demo and install of new tile. They then said they would be back the following day (after tile was set) to finish with grout, etc. My fault for not asking what time the following day so that I could schedule my conference calls around the noise.
Here are the reasons for my lower scores:
1. Carlos and team cracked a tile on the shower, baseboards not installed (I had to call regarding this), vanity not installed (I had to call regarding this), and large holes in drywall around the pipes from where the vanity was placed (again, not placed until I had to call and inquire when it was going to be done).
2. T-moulding between wood floor and tile broken during demo.
3. Bill for Services not completed - I was informed that pipe hook-up would be done by a licensed professional. It was not, Carlos did this work. I was told that a licensed professional would come out to verify the work (for the same $125 cost) and have provided 2 weeks worth of available times - to be done during M-F 8AM - 5PM - and received no response as of today (emails have been sent March 19th, March 20th, March 26th to no response).
I understand that accidents happen during installation (broken tile, t-mould, drywall), but what upset me the most was that I was the one that had to point out to Henry (via phone) and Carlos (who was sent to correct them). With the t-mould (again, when I asked where it was) it was first presented as, "well, we can glue the 2 pieces back together and put some putty so it does not look as bad." Um, no. So, I offered to order my t-mould from the flooring company that did the work (which I did and have at my house) and the agreement was that Henry would come by to do the install when I notified him I had the piece. Again, no replies to email.
The other upsetting thing is that while Henry is nice in person there is definitely no sense of ownership over the quality of work his team performs. For example, when I called regarding status of the broken items it was very clear that this was Carlos' problem and Henry was placing all ownership on him. FYI FOR FUTURE BUSINESS SUCCESS: These guys represent your company. Take an interest in the work they deliver.
So, I understand that Henry's company did provide additional services on a quote that I have not paid to date - was waiting for my t-mould to be fixed and plumber to show up - but, at this point, I'm just going to pay the work that was done (minus the plumber costs because the licensed person never appeared) and be done with it.
It really is a shame how this ended up because I was hoping to use them in the future on additional jobs, but if this is the level of service for a small guest bathroom there is no way they are touching my kitchen.

It was awesome. I actually think they are very honest, very trustworthy and they do really fine work. I'm very happy with their work. They're not done yet but I'm pleased with what they have done. In fact we're hiring them to do a few more things.

I needed a job done quickly and Henry was very accommodating to work around our schedule. I am having them bid another job of mine for granite. They also install granite and tile. They made sure we were happy with the job and came back to do any touch ups that were needed.
We are in the process of using them right now and they'll gonna be putting granite into the kitchen and bathrooms. Originally, we'll gonna have them do the plan and before we did any shopping for the upgrade, it turned out that we had a leak in the kitchen so we had to accelerate our plans. Basically, we went straight to give me an estimate on advantage. We didn't really went to the design phase but we went straight to a new granite. I am very satisfied with them so far. They are excellent.

When he arrived, he tried to upsell me on some cracks in my countertops where the joints were sealed. I did not appreciate this.
