"Thank you so much for your positive feedback, [Member Name Removed]. We are glad your experience with us was good and that we were able to take care of your electrical needs. We truly value our customers feedback and hope to help with your future electrical issues or project/s."
"We did the work and was completed to code, (inspection DID pass.) However homeowner complained about a damage to trim of the house and complained about where the location of the conduit was placed even after it was agreed upon before the work started. Homeowner wanted electrician to move the conduit but was unable to, (we would have had to reschedule and charge him for the time to come back out,) which homeowner did not want and was upset with. Homeowner was upset that we couldn't move it and wanted US to reduce price for the trim, which we did by $109.50. Regarding the original bid, when it was written out, we did include the wrong city permit cost. The price of the permit we gave was of $59.50 and the actual cost of the permit was $147.29, "our mistake" definitely, but we still feel it is homeowners responsibility to cover cost of permit, regardless of the mistake of price that was put on the quote. We know the work was completed properly and accurately. We also feel it was unnecessary for the homeowner to complain about EVERYTHING. Homeowner emailed us and stated there were smudge marks on the wall where the conduit was laid. Homeowner also said "we will just call it even on the owing price due to him having to paint the walls and call in for a new electrician to move the conduit." We don't feel it was proper for the homeowner to make that arrangement for us. We provided a service which was done correctly and even took off an amount for a damage that we don't feel that was worth all that much. So we still feel homeowner is responsible for what he/she owes regardless of the mistake of the permit cost. NOTE: The company did loose money on this job and still has NOT been paid the owing balance by homeowner."
"We wanted to thank you for choosing Green Concepts for your home electrical needs and we also wanted to thank you for reviewing us. It was a great pleasure doing the work for you."
