Greener Construction Svc

This company is not professional, it's an amateur operation and you will pay the price if you use them. My advice is to hire a reputable company and avoid Greener Construction at all costs.

They did a great job, were very pleasant and I was very pleased.

Two jobs went well and one was more difficult, but they were quick to get the jobs done.

They did very well and knew what they were doing. They were very knowledgeable and took care of me.

Great! Jon-Paul and Brian were great to work with. They were extremely knowledgeable regarding hail damage and insurance claims. Both were very helpful with this process. The workers were very hard working young men. Very polite and professional. Before they started tearing the roof off, they covered both decks to protect our patio furniture. After the job was completed, they cleaned up everything. Looked awesome! My husband was also very happy with the job they did with the flashing around the fire place. I would recommend to anyone needing a new roof. Thank you so much for a job well done!

The company was able to get top of the line materials and gave us a great price.  The laborers and foreman worked tirelessly, rarely taking a break and only then to quickly eat a sandwich before resuming their work. The craftsmanship was excellent and the deck, while always a big part of our family living space, is now beautiful. <br /> <br />

We were very happy that we decided to use Greener Construction to replace our roof.  Throughout the process they were always professional and genuinely seemed to care about customer satisfaction.  They did a great job on the roof, it turned out looking great and never had an issue since.  The job was done accurately and quickly.  I would highly recommend them to others and they would be always be my first choice if I was to need any work done again in the future. <br />

I had no idea my roof was totaled from the hail that came through. My neighbors advised me to get it checked out and referred me to Greener. I'm glad I had it inspected. Jon-Paul was able to get me my entire roof replaced at almost no out of pocket cost! And he handled all the paperwork for me. The job was done within a few days. I'm very pleased and would highly recommend them. <br />

I did have detailed draft of experience on going and after approximately a year late it disappeared from our Angie's List account. What has been listed below does not come close to describing the difficulty we had account the information is gone. <br /> Greener Construction replaced the roof first thing. Did very good job and everything went right with that task. The experience went down hill from there. <br /> I had screens that needed replaced and had taken them on my own to get repaired. Was told to get them back and that Greener would have them repaired in a week. It took them a while to pick them up. They were returned the next day still needing repaired and I was told they had to fire the person they had to do that task. Two months later I took them myself and got them repaired. <br /> The first siding company they hired was a week late on arriving from time told they would be here. What was to have taken approximately 10 days was stretched into approximately 21 days and was not done properly. Second siding company then was brought in to redo good part of the job that took another few weeks. <br /> When the first gutter company had come and did their part of the job the first rain fall the gutters leaked in all the corners of the house and garage. I insisted on bringing in a local gutter contractor to correctly finish the job. <br /> There was to be a warranty on the roof and siding. After Greener got final settlement check approximately May 2012 a wave appeared on one side of the house. Upon contacting the person that handled the final check she said she had been let go from Greener and gave a couple names to contact of which one of them showed as Office Manager. By that time as well Greener had closed their office and left town. I had a contact of a person that had been involved with the project. He had 2 companies come and give estimates on repairing the siding and said he had submitted them to Greener and I was to contact them. After making attempts via email to contact I to this day still have received no response. <br /> In my opinion Greener Construction is a storm chasing company. After hustling up as much business as they can and work has been done and settlement checks have been received they close up shop and move onto the next disaster site and ignore any follow up communication on job.  Over all experience that is actually 1 year and 5 months later still not complete I would not advise using this company. <br /> <br /> Now as of March 2013 siding has begun falling off of places on the house.  I would not advise using this company.

The real excellent, they did really good work.  They did the job and got out.
