We immediately began to experience leaks and ongoing damage which continues to date. Each time I called to speak with Mr. Daly, or his representative, I was confronted with extreme hostility and arrogance. After, a and quot;Look Seeand quot; visit by Brian during September 2002, I called and spoke with Mr. Daly and he yelled at and quot;Let me Know when you Have Real Leaksand quot;. Clearly, Brian reported the startling conditions back to Mr. Daly; however, never did this owner make an apology or an attempt to re-do, correct, or repair their substandard work. As a customer and not an expert in Roofing, this company's behavior degraded me and disregarded my right to be treated, at the least, with respect and courtesy.
Unfortunately, I became frozen in my ability to fight for my contractual and human rights due to a series of six concurrent deaths in my family and my heavy disaster work. However, I did continue to request that they handle the problem only to be yelled at and quot; You Got Twelve Yearsand quot; by Alan Daly. Unfortunately, having twelve years with a roof causing mounting problems flowing from the top of my four story brownstone covering every major seam and corner of my home, and presently threatening to effect the rewiring of my home, does not help me at all. I have mounted many pictures of this sub standard roof work from August 2002. As of September 2002 to date, I have had three roof experts submit and quot;Write Upsand quot; on the workmanship and quality lacking in its material installation etc.

This is my final effort to acquire satisfactory resolution with Mr. Daly and Greene Roofers of Brooklyn. Perhaps, Mr. Daly has difficulty with doing business with a Bedford Stuyvesant woman of color, who has chosen to interact with him in a courteous and respectful manner to acquire professional services that have been paid for in full. In any case, I wanted to see the person who I complained to the Better Business Bureau about and I ended up being brushed off. Therefore, walked into Greene Roofing Company on Friday March 29, at exactly 2:15pm as Brian stood speaking to Mr. Daly, looked at me ( he remembered me from All of the visits to my home) and loudly stated to him and quot;BBBand quot; interestingly he reminded Mr. Daly of The Better Business complaint that was submitted by ( BBB), therefore I warmly smiled and openly replied, I too am BBB - my name's initials. This was offensive behavior because no one said and quot;Hello, can I help youand quot;; however, Brian recognized who I was and the condition that my roof was left in, so he could let Mr. Daly know why I was there prior to formally acknowledging my presence. Mr. Daly had never seen me before; he only yelled at me on the phone periodically during the preceding years. He proceeded to announce that I am Alan Daly and I'm the only one you've spoken to on the phone as Brian exited the shop. He began to argue and quot;at meand quot; as his secretary pulled up the paperwork at which I stated that I don't need to argue because all facts and paperwork speak for themselves and that I only want positive Resolution. I chose not to perpetuate his abrasiveness and he said he'd call to make an appointment to come out Again. I accepted that as another useless visit, but I conceded and the company agreed by telephone call that Brian would appear again (4th visit) for the same thing. Although the confirmed visit was scheduled for Thursday April 11, 2013 between 8:30am and 10:30am. However, as I dressed for work Brian appeared at approximately 9am on Wednesday April 10,2013. I am sick of this company's dastardly unprofessional behavior and I've resolved to ask Angie's List for assistance in this matter before entering the legal system.

At this phase and four follow-up visits by Greenes top and quot; expert Brianand quot; in a 10 year effort of seeking positive resolution for the installation of a new roof using inferior material, poor workmanship without, I've concluded that it is necessary and imperative that my husband and another professional intervene in communicating my concerns with Greene Roofers. Clearly, they have little respect for me as an seemingly and quot; unlearned womenand quot; in their area of roofing. When your expert worker recognizes the homeowner even after ten approximately ten years, knows the condition of the company's work and was clear and able to acknowledge the resident on record, is there a need for a fifth visit before Greene Roofer's finally respectfully offers a resolution? I've really had enough of this company's unprofessional behaviors.
