Caring, wanted to make sure I had hot water for morning. Stayed till almost 10:00 at night to finish. Would certainly recommend him to anyone for plumbing services.

The work was done very professionally and thoroughly. Was explained in detail as well. Water pressure was fixed and propane line was fixed s well. Matt even checked later to see if we were satisfied.

I needed a hot water heater replaced. Mr Greene was friendly from the first phone conversation to the end of the job. The work looks clean and done correctly. I am extremely happy with this whole process and I will definitely call him when I have another plumbing need.

I was contacted within minutes of submitting my initial request on Angi, and received periodic updates (regarding cost estimates, expected arrival times, etc.) up through the point of completion. The price for the service (cost of the hot water tank included) was perfectly reasonable, and the workmanship was top-notch. Replaced hot water heater. Matt is fantastic. I spoke with him on a Monday, and he arrived on Tuesday to take on the project. He takes great pride in his work, the quality of materials being used, the attention to detail, and he has a unique passion for explaining what is being done and why. Matt Went out of his way on the day after Thanksgiving on his day off..to come look at my hot water tank. He gave me a very good deal on replacing it and even replacing the pipes to get me up to code. He offered to do the work that very day, but we were headed out of town for Thanksgiving. Got it done on Monday, and im very pleased with the new hot water tank and work that he did. This guy is very professional, really nice and guaranteed his work. I would highly recommend Matt Greene for any plumbing projects that you may have. I know that we will be using him again for anything that comes up down the road.

Showed up on time, explained everything to me, looked over my new unit, work was completely in a timely manner, pricing was transparent and right on estimate.

Matt took out our old faucets in our master bathroom. Replaced shut off valves and replaced the hot and cold hoses. Very professional, explained everything he did stayed to make sure there were no issues. You don’t see that type of customer service anymore. Definitely will hire for all my plumbing needs in the future.

Matt was extremely professional. Contacted me immediately about the job. Reviewed the options to replace 2, 50 gallon gas hot water heaters. He gave me an estimate over the phone and once we finalized his scope the price stayed the same. After reviewing 3 other bids, Greene’s plumbing was the most cost effective option.
