Called Green Gold, directly, after sourcing on Angie's List. Was asked to communicate by text, resulting in confusion about the work that needed to be done. Calvin came promptly the next morning; however, he still didn't have an understanding of the work that was requested. He did the best he could to alleviate some of the immediate problem, and additionally shoveled a path through the heavy snow to permit easier access to our firewood, at no extra cost. The heavy snow build up and icicles were removed. Unfortunately, the ice dam in the gutter could not be rectified. A very nice guy ... and a proud veteran ... who I will consider calling again if I have a need. Appreciated the senior citizen discount!

Everything went well. Mr. Adusarhene came in the wart afternoon to survey the property and the condition of the lawn. Unfortunately, it was raining at the time but he was able to return a short while later to complete the job. I couldn't be happier. I have contracted with him to perform follow up work in another two weeks.
