Without any test said that anything that looks like mold is mold. Never delivered a report. Was just looking to get a job repairing the damage.

The service was excellent, timely, thorough and reasonably priced. The service adviser did an excellent job in explaining the situation, advising us on what actions we could take and performing the companies activities to fit our schedule. Improvements could be made in the timeliness of some communication replies :-)

He was very difficult to get in touch with and I had to keep calling and finally tell them that if I didn't get a call back, I was going to hire another company. Within 10 minutes of that final message, I received a call back. That shouldn't have to happen.

We had water damage in our basement and mold as a result. Kieth did the basement area an I also had him spray the attic because of a corrected humidity issue also resulting in mold. He did a great job.

I live in an old home and had been concerned with the loss of energy. When I found Green Home Care, I was hoping having an audit would give us some information to make a difference in our energy usage. When I called, I spoke to an auditor and made arrangements to have someone come out. He explained the process over the phone, so I knew how long it would take and what exactly would be done. When the auditor arrived, he was very professional-explained again how the process worked and showed me the equipment he would be using. During the audit, he walked through and took pictures, giving pointers and tips along the way. He showed places we weren't even aware were losing energy. The check was thorough and comprehensive. The best part was yet to come in the Home Energy Audit Report I received a few days later. It had pictures of all the parts of my house that there were issues with energy loss, and written directly on each photo were the tips he'd given me during the walk through. Now I know exactly where the issues are that I need to correct! I also was given a write up with companies that can help me with specific issues I have in my home as well suggestions for easy and quick fixes that will save me money! I had a few follow up questions that were answered within the same day I emailed them. Thank you so much for providing such excellent service and making the suggested changes easy for me to follow.
