They mix their own products for cleaning, so I wasn?t sure about it. They did a good job though, had good employees and I would probably hire them again in the future.

I really wasn't that impressed with them. What they did, they cleaned fine. But they made it seem like it was a big deal, so much work. Then I had to haggle with the price. But when she got there she said she didn't do this and that, even though it said they did it on the website. They were an hour late.

They couldn't meet the demand that was generated with the posting on Angie's List. After being mildly disappointed that a date could not be scheduled for two and a half weeks, I was called and informed that they were caught in traffic...rescheduled. When the time came and passed for the second appointment, I called numerous times to get an idea of what was going on and got no return call. The next day, I was able to reach them and was told that there had been an accident and, BLAH-BLAH, BLAH-BLAH, BLAH-BLAH! I hope that this is a learning experience for a young, fledgling company. Don't bite off more than you can chew and your word....IS YOUR BOND! That said, I DID receive a prompt response from Angie's List. My account was credited quickly and I have scheduled a new appointment with another company.

They didn't show and only responded when I sent them an email stating that they had missed the appointment. We rescheduled for the following week. They missed that one too. They emailed me in the morning that they had a family emergency and wouldn't be able to come. When I tried to reschedule for a 3rd time, they couldn't come until over a week and a half later. I didn't want to wait that long, especially since they now had a history of not showing up. Moving on to another cleaner.

very well - ladies are quiet, focused, knowledgable; did a superb job, though time limited, they maximized the cleaning for a sort period and gave me extra time due to a request they made for me to switch appointment days

Terrible. The job was not completed as the deal stated. "Service provider will take as much time as is required to complete all cleaning items". Cleaners said they would ONLY STAY 4 HOURS!!!!! PAID EXTRA FOR DEEP CLEANING... DID NOT RECEIVE DEEP CLEANING. Scheduling went fine. About 2 hours before they were supposed to come, they called and my husband answered. I had noted that he was the best point of contact for scheduling matters. The person asked him questions that should have been asked during scheduling (how big is the house, etc.). Because we have renters, about a third of our space is "off limits", which he was not clear about. However, I received an e-mail to purchase a new "deal" and reschedule. The house will not be clean for my guests this weekend. They did not send me an e-mail in advance or give him the option to pay extra or limit service to 2000 square feet (which would have happened anyway). They were supposed to come at 12 PM today. They called my husband at 10 AM. They did NOT TELL HIM THEY WERE NOT GOING TO COME. I received notice via e-mail at 10:26 AM of the "issue", which also DID NOT SAY THEY WEREN'T COMING. I responded at 10:56 AM. They did not get back to me until 3PM, saying I could contact Angie's list for a refund. I absolutely believe that they over booked the day and were looking for a reason to cancel.

"This is absolutely not TRUE... She stated that you wanted her to wait and for me to contact you, which we tried several times. This is completely unfair when you and tenant relationship is strained. We came to do her service 2 days after purchase and she reschedule when we arrived, stating she had to pick up her daughter and that she was planning to move out due to you SLUM Lord issues. Again we held to our agreement with Angies List and this customer."

Your fan was broken when we arrive and we have before and after pictures to prove that. Windows are not included in your package as I explained upon purchase. However, when we asked were you pleased with our service you said YES. We honored the coupon and gave you and extra hour at no charge. This is a business and we can not work for Free. They're the best! I'm a stickler for time and I can't believe how much they got done and in the time window scheduled. They tend to your every need and are very organized and professional. Their team work is outstanding! I have scheduled my next visit. Can't wait to have them come again.
