What we thought was going to be a simple problem became problematic. Had a hard time using the snake and had to go to the basement pipes. The kitchen sink has it's own pipe system that is not connected to the other pipes in the house. Since the pipes are small they had to try differnt snakes. They figured oot what to do and didn't leave until they were satisfied that the drainage problem from the kitchen sink would not happen again. <br /> What we realy liked was when they got the drainage cleared in the sink, they relized that if they didn't clean the pipes in the basement that go out to the street, we eventually would have the same problem. So, what probably should have taken an hour at the most took from 10am to approximately 3pm. They would not leave until they were satified. And they did not up their fee., <br /> We highly recommend them for there punctuality and professionalism; and they were nice guys too. We will definitely hire them again and recommend them to friends, family and neighbors. <br />

<p>Greenleaf did a great job of fixing an emergency situation we had with both our plumbing and heating. As soon as I called him he was very responsive, told me certain precautions to take while he was on his way, and got there quickly. As soon as he arrived he did a thorough check on everything effected by a pipe that burst, gave us a few options on the best way to fix this issue going forward and quickly repaired the pipe and added insulation to prevent future issues. He then took a look at a heating issue that we had, which was ongoing for over a year, and was able to fix it quickly (when no other company could figure it out). This is who you should hire if you need an honest and reliable company. We will be using him for many years to come as it is very hard to find companies that don't try to take advantage or exaggerate their charges when it comes to these situations. Great guy great company.</p> <br />

The plumber went above and beyond, doing investigative work in the walls when the leak did not stop and did not charge us for the work. I would highly recommend this plumber - Steve is a nice guy who obviously does his work with pride. <br />
