i hired Brien to take 9 trees that the storm did to my property, i called him next morning of the storm....he came that morning to give me an estimate, he was hired, i found him to be very professional, courteous, and polite ....he took the trees that were dangerous first, then i had to wait for a special boom truck for my backyard, after my referral to my neighbor, i noticed how neat and clean these guys worked, and that when he get to me, i wasn't going to worry, no need after what i had witnessed , all i can honestly say is this company is reliable, reasonable, and extremely hard working....the whole team, their main focus was safety, i was very happy with them ! .....i also ordered firewood, and the next day SUNDAY, he actually delivered it, good for me ! we are very lucky to have this service here in Moultonboro, and its totally refreshing to find someone who likes his job, and wants to work ! ......bravo

<p>Brian was hired to cut down, and remove 12 very large white oak trees. During the proposal he assured me he was fully insured, and when completed he would leave my property as if no one ever was ever there! At some point in his cutting he decided to "log the trees" rather than just them down on pieces. That Way he could make extra money selling them to a lumber mill. After cutting the trees down and dropping them on my septic system leach field, he brought in more heavy equipment, and proceeded to " drag" the trees across my leach field and front lawn, tearing the lawn up, and damaging the leach field. As soon as he started this, he saw I was not happy and called me outside. He told me he wanted to sell the trees, and would bring in new solid, loam, and seed. Repair the damage, so, it looked like, he was never there. They supposedly finished their work while I was not home, and e called, said they were done and requested full payment. I wanted to give him half now, and the other half when he fixed the lawn. He assured me he'd be back the next day, with a crew to fix it. I paid him in full, before I got to check out his work. When I got back a home and looked around my property, there were trees he only half cut down, cut logs all over my property, they raked the debris into the surrounding property, brought a logging truck on to my neighbor, without his permission,and punched a hole in his new driveway. I asked him about fixing these and his rely now is, "if you read my proposal it clearly states I  am, not responsible for damages to lawns and driveways. I contacted him a couple times now, and he still refuses to fix the lawn and when I requested his insurance providers name he, refuses to give it to me. Rumor around town is he either does not have insurance, even though he claims he is fully insured, or he is underinsured. The cost to fix my lawn is over $1300.00, and he refuses to stand by his word to fix all the damages.  He is a dishonest, lying, con/scam artist and cannot be trusted!  I well not refer him, and want the consumers to know what he is like. His 5 star rating on his wen site, is by "Kara T" who is his accountant, friend, and came immediately to grab the check from me! Not an honest rating.  I'm sure the other person is a friend as well. BUYER BEWARE!</p> <p><br></p> <p><br></p>
