Went well at first. Thomas was friendly and put in my BRAND NEW garbage disposal very quickly. Fast forward 2 months later, it falls off. Contacted Thomas via text, got a response 24 hours later. Stated to re-install, pricing would start out at $75.00 I opted to pay someone who could gurantee that it wouldn't fall off after 8 weeks.
