Paulo responded to our request immediately, he showed up the same day, when he said. He quickly identified some clogged drainpipes, quoted a price by phone for repair, on approval he removed the debris to eliminate the overflow. I was not able to be on site, but he sent pictures of the problem and the completed job. I would definitely hire Green Monster again.

The service from Green Monster Gutters was excellent. Had several discussions with Paulo to discuss the project and costs before beginning. Paulo is very knowledgeable and explained all the options and impact to installation time and costs in a very transparent fashion. The weather was not cooperative but Paulo and his team were flexible and adapted the schedule to finish the project. I could not be happier with the new gutter system as well as repairs they had done to replace worn fascia boards and cover exposed rafter tails with PVC material that will last forever. After completion, Paulo gave a demo of the work, including a drone flyover with a live camera to view the tops of the gutters and gutter guards- it was really cool! Green Monster Gutters does exceptional craftwork. I would hire again and would recommend them to anyone who needs this kind of work done.

Paulo called me in the morning to discuss the details. His 2 workers arrived less than 2 hours later and did a thorough job including sweeping the deck and picking up all gutter debris from the yard. We'll have to wait for rain to determine if the leak repair was successful!

Paulo and his crew were great. When I first reached out they were quick to respond and set up a time to come look at our house. Paulo gave great advice and was able to really help to manage the cost. Their estimate came back far lower than I expected and the work exceeded expectations. Paulo calculated the surface of the roof and was able to move 2 downspouts so they should more effectively help manage our "moisture in the basement" problem.  Communication was great. They were able to schedule work quickly and the only delay was on my part while I waited for a 'rain chain' to arrive that I ordered off Etsy.  If you need to have some of your gutters replaced or need gutter work - I HIGHLY suggest reaching out to Green Monster Gutters!  Thanks again!

We noticed our gutters leaking after storms and contacted Paulo to see if he could help. He came out for an estimate the next morning (during Memorial Day weekend) and showed up first thing after the holiday to do the work. He was friendly, fast and professional, and he also shared helpful before/after photos with us. Would absolutely use again and highly recommend to others.
