I liked Gabe. Easy going. Easy to talk with. At first. October 14, 2016 Repaired small roof leak for $700. Group of guys showed up and got the work done quick. They wanted to put replacement shingles on the small area of the roof leak that were a stark contrast with the existing shingles. I rejected the idea and they were accommodating and found shingles that are closer to the original but, could not find a match. Minor annoyance but, ok. Based on that, we agreed on some additional work: Drywall repair, exterior door frame repair and window install. We agreed on a price and time. I left work and spent the day at home. They were a no show. Gabe said there was a problem with his guy getting here. Ok, try again. No show second time. 10/24, no show. Still communicating. 10/29, no show. Still communicating. - I bought the window and had it delivered to my house 11/19, no communication 12/8, responds to text, said he would get back to me on when they could do the work. 12/16, I reach out again, said he would schedule it. 12/20, no response. 1/5, no response 1/9, no response. Voicemail full 1/14, calls go straight to voicemail, inbox full. No communication. Window is sitting in my office. Going to find someone else to do the work.

<p>The pricing was real competitive.  The jobsite was clean.  The crew was professional and on time.  I am very happy with the finished product and would highly recommend Green O Construction for high quality, price and done right the first time.  I will add that Gabriel the foreman also offered Landscaping services but I was satisfied with just the roof for now.</p> <p><br /> </p> <p>JJ Lopez</p> <p>Vancouver WA</p>
