He does what he needs to do, and will even go beyond what I would have expected to help us figure out different problems. If I have any problems between visits he'll come right out at no extra charge to spray again.

Great. Mark, the owner, provides excellent customer service. (He even returned a call from a baseball game one evening! I was shocked. Who does that!?! Only a small business owner who is willing to go extra yardage will do that.) He is excellent on educating you on what needs to be done and why (ie: taking pictures of things he finds on the roof, etc.). Very good at communication. Solid work at a very good price. Plus, the work I had done is under warranty for 1 year.

Mark was fantastic with his service. Extremely thorough, always polite. His wife (who did the finance portion) was also equally as delightful. When my card was stolen and I had to change it, I had forgotten to notify them. She called me, asked if everything was ok, and had no problem being polite and understanding that sometimes we just forget. She took my updated card info, and mark did his spray! Had I not moved, I would continue to use their service! Amazing family business! Had them for 3 years and was happy and satisfied the entire time!

On time and had outstanding communication. Placed green pesticide throughout the inside of the house which exterminated the creepy crawlers. Also sprayed around the house. Problem solved! <br />

We managed the problem on our own with success. We did call them to ask about an additional service that they did not currently offer this month and once we move into our new house this next month, I will call them to service the new house. they took care of sugar ants in pantry, dirt dabber nest were torn down, checked attic, walk in space and garage for mice, squirrels, roaches, etc., advised us on areas that Termites may be attracted to, and not to overflow bird feeders because of rats eating, felt they did a very thorough job, explained everything - was here two hours, very impressed with all they did and advice given <br />

I would definitely use this company again. The work was completed as promised. Mark is a true professional and took the time to educate me about termites and the products he used. The job was performed completely and very neatly. After the termite treatment and the cutting and drilling that had to be done, everything was left clean and orderly in my home. We had fire ants living in the wall in our kitchen! We tried to take care of the problem ourselves but we just found that when we treated one entry point they just found another. They were coming in to our kitchen through cracks, cabinets, the door and even the electrical outlets. I was please with not only the quick response to our service request but also the complete eradication of the problem. I really appreciated the explanation of what was happening as much as the treatment given our home. I liked that I didn't have to leave the house or remove my pets while they were here. They left us free of pests without that horrible chemical smell that I have been used to in the past. I will use again and again and recommend them to everyone I know. <br />

Mark and Green Pest Guys are great - very professional. Our specific bug issue has been really challenging, and he has been great about explanations, and coming back - he even called back to see how things were going! Amazing. Yes, they cost more than our last people but a)they actually do integrated pest management if the situation is applicable, which is great to see and b) they are incredibly responsive to your needs and do a great job. The ability to pay online is an added bonus. I would definitely recommend Green Pest Guys for your pest needs. <br />

I'm highly chemically sensitive. The products that they use is why I decided to use them. The pesticides that they use outside are more ecological, and they don't require doing any interior. I like that all the business and billing is handled online. I can pay online. I don't have to be home. They email me and let me know what week they are going be in the area , usually with a day. It's all straight forward. They are convenient. The price is pretty competitive. <br /> <br /> <br />
