Our technician, Kyle Diggins, was excellent. Customer service can be disappointing/non-existent so to have someone who was very knowledgeable, efficient, and personable was such a relief. He explained why we were having the insect problem we were having in the yard, the life cycle, what could be done now, and how to be proactive in the future. Additionally, their rates are reasonable, and below what were were quoted elsewhere. Highly recommend this company. If all their other technicians are this good, they are running an excellent company.

Kevin, the technician, was a true professional. He was well dressed and carried a degree of confidence hardly seen these days. Kevin was very knowledgeable with the placement of the termite system and was very concern with all the questions we had. He clearly explain his plan to fix the issues and provided a plan of approach to complete the work. I highly recommend Green Pest Solutions for anyone looking for pest control.

Originally, we thought we had termites, but after Carlos did his review, it turned out to be carpenter ants. He was honest, very thorough, and explained things well. He was very professional and knowledgeable. We signed up for their program to treat and monitor the carpenter ants as well as check for termites.

CJ Welsh is the best technician. She is very thorough and knowledgable about her field. She inspects every avenue to determine the entry point of the mice. What she has pointed out to me I have had those areas fixed and it seems to be helping. I appreciate CJ so much for all she has done to help our situation. She definitely deserves a raise.

Termite Pest Control Service
The set baits around the outside of the house. They stand behind their product and termite activity ceased after 90 days. The bait is safe to pets, children, and the environment. The technicians are very professional and polite, keeping me informed of visits. Cost is reasonable. We have not had termite issues for 15 months.

I had a pretty serious mouse issue. The office was great in scheduling, the tech was very informative friendly and competent, and bottom line, after roughly 2 weeks, i haven?t seen or heard any more mice!

Have been using Green Pest Solutions for a little over a year now and have been very pleased with their service. Had a problem with a mouse found in the house (cats got it) and wanted to keep them from getting in. As I live in a wooded area, not practical to eliminate them at their source but the bait traps set strategically around the house have been completely effective from letting them get into the house. As a bonus, got to meet Mark Ray for the first time and he was an absolute pro - really efficient, explained well what he was finding and doing, and super friendly to boot. No hesitation on my part in recommending this service and Mark (if you can get him).

Anthony did another great job. He came out for a carpenter bee concern, inspected the area, and let me know there was no active nesting yet, so the bees have not officially signed the lease. He explained everything clearly, gave useful prevention advice, and answered all of my questions without rushing. He also checked the exterior rodent bait stations and the basement station and refilled what was needed. Anthony is consistently professional, friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable. Green Pest Solutions has been great to work with, and Anthony always makes the service visit easy and informative.
