I am always pleased with Green Pest Solutions. Whenever I have a problem with unwanted pest in my home I know that help is just a call away. Ernest comes out and works hard to address all issues that I have in my home. He never makes me feel like i’m being a bother or complaining and thats so important to me! Ernest genuinely cares about the service and the people he is helping! He always goes above and beyond to ensure that we have peace of mind and that is what’s most important to my family.

I can't say enough about Green Pest Solutions. We had a difficult bed bug issue that was complicated by our mechanical (Sleep Number) bed, two mechanical (reclining) couches downstairs and a mechanical recliner. These provided plenty of gears and other mechanics for the little devils to hide. Green Pest Solutions was persistent and stayed on the offensive, even sending out manager Brett a couple of times. At this point we appear to be free of these dastardly pests. We owe it all to Green Pest Solutions--don't hesitate to use them for any pest infestation. Chris was fantastic, too!

Our technician, Kyle Diggins, was excellent. Customer service can be disappointing/non-existent so to have someone who was very knowledgeable, efficient, and personable was such a relief. He explained why we were having the insect problem we were having in the yard, the life cycle, what could be done now, and how to be proactive in the future. Additionally, their rates are reasonable, and below what were wuoted elsewhere. Highly recommend this company. If all their other technicians are this good, they are running an excellent company.

Green Pest is our regular pest control company that performs quarterly treatments. Kyle was particularly accomodating of my concern for our multiple dogs while controling the carpenter ants in our heavily wooded location. He did a nice job of getting the cobwebs too!
