It went very well. Emerson took very good care. He is friendly and very professional. My problem was a mold order but not the type that is visible to the eye. He checked for moisture in the walls and did an "air test" to look for any problems. No moisture showed up in the walls but the air test showed some problems. He came the next day and cleaned the entire room thoroughly and left a machine in there running for 24 hours to dry any and all moisture in the room. After that another air test showed the room clear. Had it not been clear they would have done the cleaning again at no extra cost to me. I had been experiencing cough and wheezing that began with the order. (after a lot of rain here in So. Cal.) That is clearing up now and I am very happy about that. As far as the company, I would definitely recommend them. I only remember Emerson by name but he had a young trainee with him, very polite and interested in what was going on, and my first contact on the phone was someone else I don't recall his name but very helpful and got me an appointment right away. Great communication at all times letting us know what was going on and the results. Anyway all clear now. I will definitely call them if we have any issues in the future. Reasonable prices too!

NOT ALL COMPANIES ARE CREATED EQUAL: I experienced water intrusion into my condo caused by my HOA’s subcontractors. The HOA FINALLY sent their contracted company into my place to perform supposed “mold remediation.” A leery neighbor encouraged me to obtain air and swab samples after their clean up and thank goodness I did. My place had such high mold and fungal counts, I had to vacate my property. I did not know what to do, who to call; it was a scary time for me. Green Restoration Solutions was a blessing. Because Emerson himself had dealt with water intrusion and mold into his own property in his past, he understood exactly how I felt and what needed to be done. Emerson was a Godsend and treated me like family. He educated me on the mold remediation process, next steps and the air/swab retesting process. Not only did Emerson provide me with a sense of care and concern, but he’s also a competent professional in his practice. Emerson restored my home and truly cared about me. Emerson is great to work with. We had a smaller mold issue and he helped us remediate in one of our bedrooms. Large or small, Emerson is your guy! What Emerson does that few others do is provide you an initial ballpark estimate from pictures so you have some idea of the scope of work. If you are comfortable with that ballpark, then you can schedule a free in-home visit to fine tune the estimate and provide a formal proposal for you to understand. Other companies wont even bother with a ballpark figure from pictures. Why? Because what they dont tell you is they most likely have minimum pricing for each job regardless of the size/scope! Yep, so even if you had a smaller project like ours, it could be $2500 minimum or more. Does that seem fair? Lucky for us we found Emerson and he was able to provide us reasonable pricing without bogus minimums. He was so efficient he was even able complete the project in just one day rather than some overestimate of 3-5 days.

Emerson Molina was great! He reached out to me within 30 minutes of searching Angi app. He came over with a free estimate & communicated with me throughout the project.
