Each service is performed for customer by well trained top level tree employees. Emergency services and free estimates are provided. We service Austin and all surrounding counties. Depending of service requested we also work outside of central Austin. Service residential and commercial customers. Payment is due upon completion of work but for some return customers there are some payment plan options available. Accepts Visa, Mastercard and Discover. Also accept cash or checks. The job went great. We had a very short timeline, since the house was about to be painted and the painters pointed out the shrubbery in the way, way too high for us to get to. We needed Green Rhino to come out on the weekend and they made a point of that, so painters were able to start on Monday according to the contract. The guys from Green Rhino, Steve Garcia and son, were capable, professional, fast. Service was reasonably priced. They did a beautiful job of pruning the shrub/tree so it was out of the way of the siding that would be painted, but not misshapen or spoiled. We will definitely call them again as needed.

Steve fit my job into his schedule and did an outstanding job against a deadline. His attitude and great, his crews were well-coordinated, and they work both autonomously and collaboratively. I received several other bids, but Green Rhino is my tree caretaker from now on.

Steve called that he wouldn't be able to make it on the scheduled day due to a vehicle issue, but he'd be back in contact to reschedule. He came the next day. He and his helpers moved my patio furniture before trimming the trees and returned it when completing the job. They reassured me they clean their equipment and seal all cuts on the tree. They cleaned up all trimmings and hauled them away. I had expressed my concern about our roof and he offered to take pictures of my roof for me so I could see the damaged areas. <br> <br>Steve has trimmed our trees 2xs now and I'm very pleased with the results. Our trees have a nice canopy after being trimmed and for a few years without looking like stalks of broccoli. And the price was definitely affordable! I will continue to use Green Rhino for all my tree trimming in the future.

This was our second time with Steve and the Green Rhino crew. This time was a result of the bad storms Memorial Day 2015 and we lost several large trees, damaged others and one very large cedar elm pulled part way out of ground. I called Steve because we had them trim a lot of trees when we moved here and he got right over and cabled the one big tree coming out of the ground to save it and then they came back and took care of the rest after their other obligations. He is the most honest and hard working person we've ever worked with, his crews are also hard working and very kind. Highly recommend them and will certainly use again.

Stephen at Green Rhino is wonderful. Though there was some miscommunication over our initial contact (which happened during a period of storms and a holiday), he was well worth the wait. When we finally got ahold of each other, he was willing to come out that afternoon to give an estimate. He arrived right on time and was extremely gracious as my young daughter vied for his attention while we walked around our property. He was knowledgeable and confident. The estimate he gave me was much lower than I was expecting (I think I've been ripped off by tree trimmers in the past, as I've spent $100 to trim just one tree), and he booked me then and there for the following Monday. <br /> He was also sure to let me know that they sterilize their equipment when working with oaks and seal all cuts--these are important details for the health of the trees not only in your own yard, but in your whole neighborhood! <br /> When I got home on Monday, I found our trees expertly trimmed, no debris on the ground or the roof, and in fact, our back porch was cleaner than was it was before the trimming. <br /> I was extremely happy with Green Rhino, and they will be our regular tree trimmers. <br />

Initial communication was a little off, due to busy schedules on both ends, but once I was able to meet Steve for the estimate, everything went smoothly. The trees look great and I'll definitely have Green Rhino help me out in the future.

Steve Garcia came out to the house in person and reviewed the job. <br /> He gave me a very competitive estimate and later sent me that estimate by email, along with a copy of his insurance. <br /> Interestingly, Green Rhino offers several levels of tree care, ranging from the Level 1 manicure to the Level 3 healthy trim. <br /> I chose Level 3, because I wanted so many trees trimmed. <br /> Steve and his 2-man crew arrived at the time we had arranged and stayed until the job was done to my satisfaction. <br /> They welcomed my being on-site with them and 'supervising' their trimming. (I'm extremely protective of my trees!) <br /> After trimming the red oaks, which were the most difficult part of the job, the Green Rhino crew methodically worked through all 38 Spanish oaks, carefully removing the dead wood and sealing every cut. They were careful about making 2 cuts on each large branch-one out from the joint or trunk and the other at the joint or trunk. The crew used ropes to guide large branches down to protect my roof and the surrounding foliage. <br /> Steve and his crew worked from 9 AM - 6:30 PM... in 100 degree heat! Throughout the day, each person was consistently good-natured, respectful, polite, and responsive to my every request. <br /> It was a pleasure to work with them, and I would recommend them. <br />

My husband emailed them on their website and got a call back within a few hours. They set an appointment for the following day for the estimator to come out. After a thorough inspection of the tree and shrubs, he quoted a price and they shook hands on the bid. The crew came out the next week (as soon as it quit raining) and did the work. They arrived on time and had all the necessary equipment. They were also professional and personable. We highly recommend them.
