Landscape - Install Landscaping for Yard or Garden
it went terrible. they promised a nice lawn. we watered per their instructions. they tried to blame it on the fact we don't have under ground sprinkling but we watered regularly

I contacted Greenscape AND PAID before summer 2019. Kept getting postponed. Didn't sprinkle grass seed until October. Was all washed away with rain. They promised to plant Butter Bur did not have enough to fulfill what was promised. The area had very, very few plants. When I complained they came out the following year and sprinkled VERY FEW grass seeds - very few germinated. I was extremely disappointed in the job that was done and have tried repeatedly to discuss a remedy. First text was answered with the nasty comment that I was the worst customer they ever had. Now they refuse to answer my texts or phone calls. Just giving everyone a warning here. Contemplating Better Business Bureau.

Jeff and his team were as professional as possible from the very beginning until the completion of the project. We don't have a large yard but this was pretty much a complete overhaul of the entire property. I knew from the beginning I wanted to work with Jeff as he was very responsive and it was obvious he knew what he was talking about. Really couldn't ask for a better experience. If I have any other landscape needs in the future I would not hesitate to call Jeff. <br />

They were referred to us by our pool guy. They did an excellent job. It was their office who went over the plan with me then he asked those main guys in charge so it was actually the guy who did a lot of the work and had the understanding of what I wanted. He answered my questions. Overall, they were awesome to work with. They were the easiest people that I worked with.

We contracted with Greenscape landscaping to complete a number of outdoor jobs at our home. I originally met with Jeff at my property where we discussed the projects. Within a few days he had provided the quote and a few weeks later they began the job. The projects were completed in a very timely manner and turned out great. All the work looked good upon completion and 4 months later it all still looks super. The quality of work was excellent and everyone at the company is professional and nice. I would definitely use them in the future. <br />

We are very happy with the work that was done. Our new front porch is beautiful!! The guys that came out to work on the yard were fantastic and very concerned that the job they were doing was exactly the way we wanted it to be. The day after they had finished the job a big storm came through and washed some of the fill dirt and seed away....they came right out and fixed the yard at no extra charge to us. <br /> We will never call anyone else to do any landscaping work for us but Jeff at Greenscape!! <br />

We had a project done about 6 years ago with Greenscape Landscaping and we were very happy with the outcome. We had several landscaping companies quote us at the old house, but when Jeff arrived to give us his quote, we could tell right away that this was somebody that truly enjoys his profession and is very enthusiastic working a project. So we called upon Jeff again to do another project at our new house, which involved a patio and wall at lake side as well as other landscaping around the house. Below I have summed up several reasons why I recommend Greenscape Landscaping and why I would use them again for future projects: <br /> 1) Jeff loves his profession, is creative and has great ideas. <br /> 2) Jeff personally picks out your trees, plants and boulders and they are beautiful! (At old house he put in 3 medium pines, 1 huge pine, a dogwood tree in between deck and steps and a crabappletree. All of these trees were in perfect shape and condition. We also had him build an area to place our hot tub on, placed several boulders and build a walkway made out of tumbled stones) <br /> 3) If something is not right, Jeff will make it right. <br /> 4) They show up on time and work hard (Justin has been with Jeff many years and his placement of the boulders around the yard makes it look very picturesque). <br /> 5) They are very consciences about not damaging your neighbors yard during the process. <br /> 6) Their price is very compatible with other companies, but because Jeff is so picky about choosing your trees, plants and boulders, you end up with better quality products. He also tries to help you save on cost if there are things (grasses, boulders, etc.) that you already have and can re-use. <br /> 7) Good communication (which is very important). <br /> We have had other companies give us quotes as well, but what we found different between them and Greenscape, is that Jeff makes your project feel important to you, whereas with the other companies we felt more like a number on a production line. <br /> Landscaping is a reflection of who you are....and we feel that Jeff keeps that in mind. He listens to your ideas, mixes in his creativeness, hand-picks the most beautiful plantings, truly enjoys working and therefore you will be very happy with the outcome of your landscaping project.

They were excellent. I liked that he was going to work with us in terms of accommodating the budget. He worked within the perimeters of our budget. He gave us our best options. He sort o scaled everything so that we would be able to grow our landscape through the course of time. I appreciated all of those things. The price was a little bit higher than I wanted. He had a lot of guys working on it.

The owner, Jeff, is a fantasic landscape designer, in fact, I accused him of being an and quot;artistand quot;. He had great ideas, was very knowledgeable and was truthful about pricing. He was willing to work with us in trying to save $$ by letting us do the work we could do while doing the tough work himself. His workmen are top-notch, polite, respectful and hard-working. What I appreciated the most was Jeff's advice and caution not to over-do the gardening. (We're 60+). He was right - thanks, Jeff! <br />

Jeff from Greenscape responded promptly to my request for a proposal, and personally looked at the yard. He revised the original proposal to meet my budget. The crew arrived just a few days later. They were very professional and discussed the job with me personally. All were quite knowledgeable about landscaping and about my trees and plants. The job was done quickly, and the company followed up with me a couple of times. I highly recommend this company.

Jeff was prompt and professional. He provided a rough verbal estimate, followed by a written estimate which was right in line with his verbal quote. Our house had a poorly designed small wooden front deck, wooden walkways, and a crumbling retaining wall of landscape timbers. We wanted a complete overhaul of the front entrance, and Jeff had the vision to create it. He tends to think big and doesn't cut corners in design or materials. So you get a quality product at a fair (but not aggressive) price. Due to the scope of the project, he was on-site himself most days. Jeff kept us well-informed about the progress each day, as well as the overall timeline for the project. He was very responsive to our input on design and layout as we saw things take shape. This company was a pleasure to work with and I would definitely use them again.
