1) Work was not completed at the scheduled time 2) Work was substandard, light black spots appeared when the sealant dried which the owner tried to blame on mold in the sealant, washing vehicles in the driveway, the rain. 3) A time was scheduled for me to meet with the owner and discuss solutions to my issues with the work; he did show up at the time we had scheduled, instead he came 3 weeks later when my I was not home. My wife asked him to email me the information, which never happened. Due to their substandard product and extremely poor customer service I recommend steering clear of this company.

I have never been treated so poorly by a company in my entire life. We recently bought into a neighborhood "deal" to have our driveway patched and sealed. The sealing didn't go as we expect and when I attempted to contact the company, I found out that their website gives you a false number. That number also has a full mailbox and won't accept voicemails. I emailed and requested a phone call and when I connected with the owner, I was attacked and called a scammer. He continued to text me throughout my workday, name-calling and then threatened to come to my home and "take back his product". It was at this point I told him I would call the police. He continued to email and text me throughout the day, even after I requested to never be contacted by them again. I received several anonymous phone calls throughout the day. I left them unanswered and assumes they could have been him. Looking back on this experience, I can now see red flags. Other angry reviewers on the company's FaceBook page, little to no reviews online... This is a lesson learned on my part. I will now just do what I can to warn others.

Green Seal did an excellent job of seal coating our driveway!! They were very prompt and professional and had superior customer service!! I would definitely recommend this company for your driveway needs!

This company was great, they showed up when they said they were going to and did a great job. They work really hard to please and it shows. Myself and 6 neighbor friends hired them and couldn't not be more pleased. Will definitely call Greenseal the next time we need it done.
