Green T did an excellent job of meeting our needs for our project, as well as getting the work done quickly. It was a stressful situation and we needed to come in and help us with our leak and assess the problem. They were quick and did great work. Green T has done work for us in the past for other drywall remodeling as well as a new sliding door. They do everything and always do a great job and have affordable quotes. I will always recommend them, especially when you can count on them for a variety of services.

My call was returned an hour later and the same day appointment was scheduled. Chuck arrived promptly and he was very knowledgeable. He offered 2 options to fix the problem and the replacement with the latest spring system was decided. Chuck did a great job and the garage floor was clean after the installation. We used Green T service twice so far and the experience was great. We highly recommend this company for your home service needs.

The carpets were not really clean. It should be better than that. There were dark spots. They didn't get the edges and the leap that extend slightly to the stair, it was dirty. He didn't shampoo. He just dont have the equipment and materials. The price is okay but the quality work was terrible.

After the first service they sold out to Trugreen. After the first service the lawn appeared perky and weeds were curling up. After Trugreen took over. They have been late on treatments. We've had to call they haven't communicated. The lawn doesn't appear perky. Weeds don't look like they are fazed. Based on the delayed schedule they are not likely to get in all the treatments we prepaid for. Disappointed.

My dehumidifier had leaked on the carpet and I was concerned about mold. Green T's process and the additional sporicidin did help to modify the mold but the cleaning process seems to be faulty. The process consisted of applying cleaning liquid and extracting with no brushing of the fibers to "wash" or brush the rug surface, All stains are still there. Also, I do not have a driveway for easy access for the truck that houses the hoses. The hoses were not long enough to reach all of the 2nd floor bedroom without re-running the hoses through my home. I decided against this so the bedroom was eliminated and the office immediately reduced the cleaning price. Although a stain from a spilled liquid was removed from the area rug, the rest of the area rug does not even look as though it has been cleaned. I am going to contact Green T to come back (which they said is part of their service) and view the rugs for their evaluation of the cleaning and what my next step should be. At that time, I will edit my rating. The people in the office and the technician were all very nice, informative, easy to work with, and tried to be helpful. UPDATE: Wow. Talk about good customer service. At first I was very disappointed with the outcome but Green T has gone the extra mile to make sure I am satisfied. They are standing by their guarantee to make the customer happy and are redoing my carpeting at no additional charge. It has been a pleasure doing business with them and yes, I will rehire.

Went well. Came on time. Did his work in a timely manner. Wish I could have moved furniture out of the way because of a bad back. But parts that were cleaned were done well.

I had a pretty bad experience with these guys. I paid them to kill weeds, aerate, and reseed my entire lawn to thicken it up. They killed weeds and aerated just fine, but when they said they spread seed, I couldn't find a single seed in any of the bare areas of my lawn. They apologized and came back, seeding only bare areas and not the whole lawn as discussed. The frost came soon after and the grass didn't take. I called and asked them to come back to do the seeding again in the spring. They did, though only if I paid them for another fertilizer application, and it snowed 3 times afterwards. They've said that's as much as they're willing to do. So basically my lawn looks exactly as it did before I hired them, and I'm out $300. They talked a good game, but seemed more concerned about making every last dollar before/after the snowfall than they were about producing actual results. Too many other good lawn care companies out there to bother with this one.

From our initial meeting through to completion, they were on time and responsive. The crew was courteous, communicative and addressed all my questions and concerns. They even replanted six boxwoods that were displaced by the new construction. The deck looks beautiful! It did take a bit longer to complete than indicated at the beginning -- due mostly to waiting for the building permit and receiving the cedar wood order. I would definitely hire them again.

Carpet didn't clean well and looked very dirty in a short time. We paid extra for spot treatment. I called a week later & they came right back and did a fantastic job.

Brian came out to the house and did a thorough review of the issues we were having. He explained what he thought had to be done. He even told us if we wanted to wait on the column it was more of an eyesore than anything but that it wasn't going to cause problems anytime soon. We decided to go ahead and replace it. It was refreshing that he wasn't just trying to make a buck but telling us exactly what we needed and didn't need. We scheduled a date. That morning they called and were there when they said they would be. The two worked all day and did a highly professional job. We are extremely pleased and will definitely be hiring them again for some carpentry work in our basement.

I use them for pest control and lawn. They're excellent. I haven't had a spider or ladybugs or any mice in the garage at all since they've been doing my pest control. The lawn care is $49 a time and the pest control is $79 four times a season for pest control. I've been using them for years.
