In our case, Green Universe Group LLC is involved in fraud & deceptive business practice, misrepresentation of information, demanding unjustified amounts by threatening, & claiming bogus debt thru collection agency. They falsely advertised services by fraudulently representing his business and associations thereof. Contrary to what was told to us initially, they did not even have required tools, equipment, in-house crew, resources and credentials to perform the work. For example, did not even have a pick-up vehicle to pickup/supply basic materials and thus were always dependent on others. They were into sub-letting the work to other people and left us to deal with them. They could not even pull required city permits on their company name. Thus filed permits on multiple other company names showing false associations and without informing us. As per our signed contract in Jan 2021 they were to build a Patio & misc. work all to be completed within 5-7 days. They extended work over 5 months & then abandoned it incomplete. They showed no respect for time, commitments, contractual obligations, or required city protocols. Never showed up on time, made lame excuses, chose not to turn up at all, or worked minimal on odd times of their own choice. We paid them 50% upfront and so far have paid much more than 100% of the signed contract. They did not even pay the hired labor, who refused to come to work due to non-payment from them, and they took other jobs in between. When asked to complete, they chose to demand additional bogus amounts (outside of written contract) if work was to be resumed. When we denied to pay additional bogus amounts, they engaged collection agency to pursue for false debt claims. Partial work done was of such poor quality that all work failed city inspections. Roof is leaking, beam is bending, electrical connections were damaged, bathroom flooded, and so forth. We had to hire others to fix the work & get it completed, and thereby suffered incurring significant additional costs and damages. Additionally, our family has been continuously suffering both by making our house partially unusable for several months, and mentally due to the constant stress and anguish caused by bogus claims through collection agency, that does not typically cost anything to such businesses.

They did everything perfectly and were very professional and respectful. Would reccomend to anyone!!
