It was great. David was very nice over the phone. They moved a couple of plants and put some bark out. Scheduling was fine once I connected with them and got back into town. I had no complaints.

Provider had some truck & personnel issues on the day he was scheduled to start and left shortly after arriving. He returned the next day and did extra work. Got our money's worth on a "$99.00 for $199.00 worth of services" deal. <br />

Green Valley Lawn Care did a good job. We have to pay to have them haul the stuff away to the dump and they told us that so it wasn't a surprise. The man's father, I think had died and he was just kind of getting back from that.

They did everything I needed in the time allotted. I recommend them and would use them again. Would like to have had a follow up call as I am in the market for full time gardening work as well as landscaping help.

It went well - but they didn't take everything they said they would. The most disappointing part is that I wanted to have a significant amount of additional work done - full landscaping - and I absolutely cannot get the owner to respond to me. When he does, he's apologetic but then continues to be unresponsive. I find that so unprofessional -- do you NOT want my money? In today's economy, you'd think people - especially small businesses - would go the extra mile to secure a customer, and then KEEP them. What's the point of offering specials to attract clientele if you're just going to blow them off long term? And how can I feel comfortable in a relationship with someone that I can't trust? Not a happy customer. <br />

Two guys came out and they were done in 45 minutes. The work was great, they pruned, and gathered all the leaves. They bagged the debris and hauled it away.
