Eric, the owner, was knowledgeable and professional and gave a detailed estimate of all work to be performed. Installation of drain, excavation of dry creek bed, sod installation and a few plants was completed in a timely manner. Won't know if problem of drainage is resolved until heavy rain.

It went very well. Could not have had a better company come out. They were very thorough and explained everything. It made us feel we made the right decision. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Complicated drainage job with major leak into basement uncovered and repaired. Eric stepped in when there was a flash flood and flooded the basement and helped cope with the rising water. Excellent service.

BEWARE! A Con man! After his crew cut my small yard, Eric admitted they did not do a good job. There were weeds showing and muddy tire tracks across the sidewalk for a house I am trying to sell. He is definitely in over his head for any type of landscaping project. I contracted for “clean-up” and “landscaping “ projects. The “clean-up” was never fully completed and he refused to refund me for any of the non-completion of the project until I contacted my lawyer. It took over 5 weeks to “complete” a small front yard landscaping project that he promised to finish in 5 days. There were several contractual items he never completed and only came back to “finish” laying pine straw after I referenced my lawyer. Rocks and large exposed roots were left in the plant bed. Pine straw and ground cover were so poorly done that I have had to pay another crew to re-do the project just because I am so tired of dealing with his non-responses and excuses. There were 2’x4’ areas of my plant bed that were not covered by pine straw and completely exposed the black ground cover. Ground cover stuck up over the rock border bed and up the sides of the house. The landscaping project guaranteed that they would “water the plants for the remainder of the growth season.” Not once did he ever water and charged me for purchasing soaker hoses and a timer in lieu his every day watering. Days later as his crew were laying ground cover and pine straw they pulled up the soaker hoses, undid the timer and left the hoses in a pile on my front steps. I have personally had to water the plants every day since the ground cover strangles the plants. Now having the project completely re-done by someone competent since Eric refused to correct the problem. Don’t be caught in his “poor me, I’m a family company” pity party. I fell for his “just a family business”, “personnel changes”, “coming back from vacation”, “they” didn’t take care of things” excuses and emotional pity rants..and then the capper:.BUT if you will pay the rest of your contractual fee, I’ll take care of you personally first thing tomorrow. Fool that I was, I felt sorry for him because I knew it would take only a few hours to complete my project……4 weeks later it was still not complete. Again, BEWARE, he is a con man who will promise many things he can’t or won’t complete and use emotional excuses all the way – or just not show up.

Eric and crew were amazing, he let me know the shape of the house (again, I was out of state and could not see for myself how bad of shape the lawn was in). Everything was professional and reasonable- I was sent an estimate before the work was done via email and accepted it. The crew was not only on time, but even early and the yard looks great! I would highly recommend them for personal use and especially for anyone who has rental property and needs dependable service.

Out of the several Lawn-Care Specialists contacted, Greenwave was one of two that responded and the only one that came out to give a free estimate of services. They did a fantastic job, at a fair price with a very courteous and conscientious demeanor/job performance. The wife was pleased so I was pleased!!! ??. Greenwave now takes care of our yard year round. If you want good service at a fair price from a responsible company, hire Greenwave!!!

They have done a good job for us in that regard.  They went to a little spotty period where they had some equipment failures, combined with a week and a half of running putting them behind schedule as one would expect.  Overall, they did a good job for us.  The owner of the company possesses a very small business and I deal directly with the owner, which I like.  He is very personable.  He does have some good ideas.  He knows the plant placement and that kind of stuff.  The pricing is very fair.
