Microwave needed a new part. It was ordered and installed. It was the wrong part. Microwave still did not work. Had to wait again for new part. This time it worked. Dishwasher was not draining. I was told the drain hose was blocked. I pointed out that there was water coming through but he insisted that this was the problem. Next day dishwasher did not drain. Made a new appointment for him to come out again. He did not show up or call. Called a different company. It took 15 min to diagnose and fix the problem. He also told me why I had the problem and how to prevent it in the future. He also left me with an "itemized" receipt so I new exactly what I was paying for. UPDATE 10/09/2017 Greg's response to my complaint is not accurate. My dishwasher is 3 years old not 15. It did not need a part. It needed a cleaning. There was no conflict of schedule on my part. An appointment was made. He did not show up or call. Yes the microwave was fixed on the second try. He misdiagnosed the problem and ordered the wrong part. I would not trust this guy to change a light bulb. This is the first time I hired someone from angies list. It was somewhat disappointing.

"So sorry for this unfortunate review, I received a call to repair two appliances. I repaired the microwave and it's like new again. The dishwasher I was not so lucky, I had trouble locating a part for the 15 year old dishwasher and I installed a new drain hose that did not correct the problem, because it actually had a defective drain pump. I tried to order the part but it was not in stock, I'm sorry my schedule did not agree with his schedule to come put the new part on but I'm glad to know that your dishwasher is now fix."

<p>A great resource to have since both my needed repairs were identified mid-cycle while doing my laundry.</p> <p>Greg arrived a few minutes before each scheduled appointment. I needed service two times and each time I scheduled an appointment there was flexibility in times including evenings and weekends. Each repair was cost efficient and completed in a timely manner. He took pictures or asked me to come look at the machine during the repair to show me the problem. He always made sure I was OK with the cost estimate before proceeding with the repair. He is conscientious and followed up each time to make sure the machine was working effectively. I have referred Greg to my brother and a friend. </p> <br />
