Lance did foundation repair consisting of adding a deadman anchor system along one of our poured concrete foundation walls. Lance was right on time to provide the initial quote, provided the quote that day and was competitively priced. He was able to schedule us within 1 week and completed all of the work ahead of time, which was amazing. We were very happy with the quality of work. Also, Lance cleaned and swept up everything in the basement after he was done. Lance checked with us several times to make sure we were happy with the quality of work. Lance is easy to work with, arrived on time and works very hard. We would definitely work with Lance again.

The service i received from Greggs Foundation repair was outstanding. They installed a sump as well as a new drain to prevent my basement from flooding. I needed help and i needed it fast. I sent them a last minute message on their Facebook page, they showed up the same day and went to work. We needed our main support beam replaced, and very quickly due to both its condition and an upcoming trip out of town that couldn't be rescheduled. Lance was able to start work within days of us contacting him, and despite a few obstacles outside his control, completed the job within the time frame necessary. After spending over $15,000 with Dry Basement. Basement was STILL leaking. They wanted another $7,000. I contacted Lance Gregg Foundation.
