I prayed for a reputable contractor and boy did God hit the bullseye! Mr. Gregory was more than I expected, he is timely, communicates very well, punctual, meticulous and has good attention to detail. He did what he said he was going to do in the time he said he was going to do it at a fair price. We still have more work to be done and will be calling upon Mr. Gregory's service from here on out. Mr. Gregory promptly returned my call and came the very next day to give me an estimate and perform the service. I have a large property with many trees, most of which had lost their leaves. Removing them was a monumental task. Mr. Gregory worked from 9:30 a.m. until it became dark and then returned the next morning to finish the task. He'd given me an estimate before he realized how long the leaf removal would take and did not raise his price even though the job took many more hours than he anticipated. In addition, he cut my front lawn without charging me. I plan to use him for lawn services in the future <br />

The initial service setup and estimate were easy. The price was reasonable for the size of the yard and amount of edging required. <br /> I have automatic sprinklers for the front yard but not in the back. Mr. Gregory was flexible in mowing the front yard once a week and the back yard twice a month. <br /> Overall the grass looks good and he was able to raise the mover to the highest setting as I prefer. Mr. Gregory makes sure to get the grass clippings off the lawn, even though the mower doesn't have a mulching plate,

Overall, communication was good, the work performed was excellent and the contracted services were delivered on-time. Mr. Gregory paid attention to the details and he was flexible and adaptable to how I wanted the yard to be serviced. Highly recommended. <br /> <br /> Three years ago I redid the landscaping out front myself and since then I had been doing all the maintenance. I couldn't devote the time to do trimming last fall and this spring so the bushes became overgrown and were overlapping. I found Mr. Gregory on Angie's list and gave him a call. He answered right away and scheduled me for an estimate in the next few days. He came out when promised and gave a reasonable estimate for the amount of work that needed to be done. I agreed to the terms and we signed a contract with 1/2 the amount as an immediate deposit. <br /> <br /> For the job, I bought 6 plats of flowers and 140 cu ft (~48 bags) of mulch in bulk from a local nursery. <br /> <br /> He and his son began work when promised. On the first day they worked about 5 hours and started with trimming the bushes and clearing the mulch beds. On the second day they worked another 5+ hour day and finished clearing the mulch beds, put in the flowers and started putting in the mulch. The mulch was delivered on a gardening truck and dumped on top of plastic on the driveway. Mr. Gregory and his son put in a lot of work wheelbarrowing the mulch to the mulch beds. On the third day for about 2 hours Mr. Gregory finished the mulching and created the mulch beds around the trees out back. <br /> <br /> I inspected the work along the way and when everything was done, I wrote a check for the final amount. His work saved me several weekends of my time. He is meticulous and seemed to treat my yard like his own. Great job and overall a good experience. <br /> <br /> The only downside was entirely my fault in not communicating what I wanted clearly. I didn't intend for the bushes to be cut back as far as they were. Just as my own preference, the bushes should have been 2-3and quot; longer on top and the sides. Obviously, they look good as is and definitely will grow to this length by the fall. (The upside is I don't have to trim this fall!). My wife expected the bushes to be cut by hand as we normally do instead of by a power trimmer but we never relayed that information to Mr. Gregory and it would have added tremendously to the cost. Bottom line - Tell Mr. Gregory what exactly what you want and he is flexible enough to do exactly what you want - as long as you pay for his time.

Mr. Gregory came by the house and looked at the yard and then gave me an estimate of what it would cost to cut the grass. He cut it the same week as estimate and I was very happy with the work he performed. <br /> <br /> He cut the grass on 3 separate occasions.

A friend recommended him. They are a very small business. I've only been using him for a few weeks but he is very thorough. I didn't comparison shop. I have been very happy with the work they did. He worked very hard. We had gone over in detail the things that I wanted and he gave me an estimate. I figured the price was worth it. Sometimes he showed up when I didn't expect him but we had a lot of rain and he couldn't come some of the times. He was extremely polite. His name was Manual Gregory. My daughter and son-un-law enjoyed talking to him. I gave him money in advance to buy mulch. He spent a lot of time here. I will absolutely use him again.
