In August 2025 I called Angie to get a roofing contractor to repair my porch roof. I spoke to Prathiba and she gave me a few contractors. I called Grendi and I spoke to Mike and I told him exactly what i needed to get done and I made an appointment and Chris and a guy came and looked at the roof and gave me a price of what it would cost to repair the porch roof. I told Chris I will contact him when I am ready. Two months later I called back Grendi and spoke to Mike and I asked him how much it would cost to put tarp on the porch roof and he told me $500, $250 for the tarp and $250 for the deposit to complete the job. Mike and a guy came to my house and put the tarp on the roof. The guy did not speak English, so i could not communicate with him. He kept talking to Mike in a different language. Then Mike told me that the price that Chris gave me is only to put rubber on the roof and nothing else. About a week or two after he put the tarp on it was very windy and some of the tarp blew off. I spoke to a manager from Grendi twice the same day and he gave me a different name, so I am not sure what his name is. He told me that he asked the guy that put the tarp on the roof why he did not nail it down and he told him that the boards were too rotten and i told him that i need a refund and he said no. I think that's what the guy was telling Mike and he did not want me to know because he wanted to rip me off. I will never do business with them again. They are not transparent.

The pro showed up right away to evaluate the problem with our attic The pro came the same day I called for problems with our attic fan. He explained all of the issues to us and then the actual service was scheduled for the next day. When the service was completed he again explained what was done, showed phone pictures of the new installation and encouraged us to call for questions we might have.

I needed to have my 4 skylights sealed. Mike from Grendi Construction contacted me and explained that he could come and review the skylights and make a recommendation to seal or change. He was able to seal the skylights for me and gave me a quote for replacing the skylights in the future if I needed. When Mike fixed my skylight issue, I showed him another job to fix a window something that I had been postponing for a while. Mike gave me a reasonable quote, came the next day and completed the window work in a couple of hours. Very professional, timely and reasonable.

Mike came out and gave me an estimate. Two days later both Mike and Joe returned to complete the job. They explained what the cause of the issues I was having with my siding and made all the necessary repairs. I appreciated the time they took with me and their care of my home. I have been trying to get a detailed itemized invoice since May, that matches the total paid. Multiple calls to Mike and emails with Suberta Dullaj. up to Aug 6th tahis was my only issue. But with the rain we got on 8/6/24 I now see new water stains in the as location. I don't want to be contacted via phone.

Mike was very quick to get back to me, came right on time, and did the job efficiently and quickly. He was also patient with all my questions
