It went great! The crew that did the work were diligent and professional, polite and courteous, respectable to me personally, to my home. They did a great job of cleaning everything up when the job was done. We had a couple of little kinks. They were taken care of quickly with apologies. The completed new bathroom is even more beautiful than I could have anticipated. Gorden was easy to work with. He explained everything and helped with decisions. He is respected by his crew. Gordon and his crew (GR) did a great job adding finished space to our basement. The previous home-owner had made an attempt with insulation and a scattering of drywall. GR's team removed material and added framing to create two finished rooms, a bathroom, a closet, and a space for the sump pump. These additions required new lighting, connection to the existing HVAC system, new electrical outlets, and drywall installation/painting. A drywall ceiling as well as painting the existing rafters was is scope. The bathroom was already roughed in, so connections were made and fixtures were installed. GR's communication was responsive and professional. The scope of the project was discussed and documented. All completed work was good quality and we are happy with the results. We recommend hiring GR's team for your project.

My basement turned out amazing! Full bathroom installed, including 3-person sauna. Electrical work, lightening, painting, drywall and matte finish black ceiling all turned out fantastic! Gordan’s crew were all terrific. Professional, hard working, and always cleaned up before leaving for the night. Highly recommend!

Excellent. GR quoted the project at a fair price. Suggested changes to the new composite deck that was an improvement over the wood deck. The two men (Shane/Brian) did the entire project in a week. Everyday they made sure to update what was completed. Gordon Rudd contacted me throughout the project to make sure that I was happy and updated me on status. This project was completed in trying times and this company was outstanding. I recommend G&R.

Gordon’s team did a really good job remodeling my bathroom and my unfinished basement. Their new drywall & flooring installation work great and they did a good job with the plumbing & electrical adjustments I needed done. They cleaned up the mess they made daily and tried to keep the rest of the house clean and dust free. Total cost for both basement & bathroom remodel was $23900. There were some additional remodeling costs that I didn’t budget for initially but Gordon was willing to work with me on making payments for the additional features that were added to the remodel. Overall they are a good company and I’m happy with the work they did.

Bathroom and kitchen backsplash turned out good. The individual that did both of those projects did a good job. The painting of the house did not go very well. Very sloppy work overall. Paint spills left on my floor with out any communication of the event, huge mess left behind my refrigerator, spots missed, wall paint spilled on trim, paint left on window glass (no taping was done prior to painting), and paint dropped on new cabinets. Particularly dissatisfying was the fact that room wall paint needed to be touched up after the crew already had taken all their equipment and the extra paint out of house. They had new paint mixed which did not match the original wall color. I was asked what happened to the extra paint, to which I explained it was not left behind, only to be asked at least two more times about paint that was not left behind. Felt like they did not believe me which as a customer is very dissatisfying.

"Frist we want to thank you again for contacting us. I am however confused on the review. We did have a couple of paint spills, brought them to attention and they were cleaned up. That happens on occasion, espcially when the homeowner leaves personal belongings all over the house for trip points. The paint was left at the job site and when we discovered it was missing repainted the entrie room at no charge. There were a couple of touch ups needed (3) and we addressed them that day. So, all concerns were taken care of, additional work was done without charge and you and I did a final walk through with no outstanding corrections needed. You can see our reason for confusion."
