Loy replaced a backdoor in our older home. He worked long and hard to make sure the doors were squarely hung, opened and closed smoothly and fit perfectly. He finished the job in one day. He was very pleasant to work with, and I would hire him again.

Grifco's communication was severely lacking during this job. I hired out for an exterior door jam replacement, a sliding screen door installation for another door, and to install a smart lock. The job took over 9 hours and he was at the home until 8pm at night.. it should have been a two-day job knowing it would take him as long as it did. On top of that, he didn't communicate any preferred form of payment and only took cash or a check... I had to go to the bank at 8pm at night to pay him vs him sending me a standard invoice upon completion of work. He charged me for the smart lock installation which wasn't even accurately assembled. Super disappointed in the quality of work and communication.

We were very happy with the work we had done. He was on time & was good about doing the job, & cleanup.

I needed my bottom deck exterior back door reframed. It was letting lots of cold air into my downstairs. And it was a complete reframe job. He was really nice and professional and was able to do the work right then and there. And will probably be doing more work on another door that needs fixing.

I’ve hired Loy for several projects at my house and a rental house I own. His work is beautiful and he is a super nice man.

He did a good job. Accomplished what I needed done. What I liked was he called and ask to come by and give me a bid. Some other company called and ask to send pictures. I understand todays technology but face to face is what customer service is all about.

The repair was done to the Max, good customer service was promptly and efficient.

Loy did a fantastic job on several interior doors, including customizing a replacement French door with glass. We have used him whenever possible because of his very reasonable prices and excellent workmanship - even to fix the bad work of other renovators. From plumbing, sink install, vents, shower fixtures, shelves, you name it, Grifco is our GO TO company - can’t thank them enough for the quality and thoroughness of work done but saving us a bundle from other sky high contractor fees. 100% trust in their work and integrity, could not recommend higher!

Griffco llc was amazing, they were out within someday that I called for service, we had exterior main lobby doors giving us issues. They were out and fixed doors same day. Good Prices and even followed up making sure all was good. I Highly recommend them.

Loy - was on time. Had all the necessary tools. Got both storm doors installed. We are happy with his work.
