I am a first time home buyer. Andy was genuine, informative, EXTREMELY thorough and patient with a capital "P". Since I have not purchased a home before it is tough for me to personally say he's the best, as I don't have enough of a sample to compare him to. However, after reviewing the report he wrote up on 2 homes that we had him inspect for us during our buying process, my closest friends and family that I conferred with and shared his report with, were absolutely blown away by how meticulous, and thorough he truly was. The words " I have never seen such a thorough inspection in my life" were uttered many times by those closest to me. I felt truly blessed to have found him and would use him again in the future if I have the need in a heart beat. I have also reached out to everyone I know to let them know if they or anyone they know is buying a house, to give this guy a call! He's outstanding. Truly.
