"Hello Ms [Member Name Removed], I apologize if the cleaning wasn’t up to your expectations. But you had time to contact me to get this situation sorted out, I went to your house on the 3th of October not the 2nd I have messages of were I told you I was going to be there a little later than the time we had agreed on and you told me that it was fine to take my time so I don’t understand why you are now complaining about that 16 days later after the cleaning. If you were not satisfied with my service you could’ve contacted me and I could’ve either went and did a free cleaning for you or refund you for 50$ i will not pay you 190$ because you had plenty of time to tell me you were not satisfied I don’t understand why now all of a sudden you want money back. As for the fridge, you were on the couch in your living room and I went up to you multiple times to ask you if you wanted me to throw away certain things I did not throw away things that were still good. It is not my fault that most of the things in your fridge were expired. Also I did not throw away any paper from your attorney and I don’t appreciate you blaming me for something that I did not do. You were in the room with me and my partner when we were cleaning your desk in your room and you told me to leave the folders you had there because you were going to take them to your attorney. I did as you told me. As for the laundry room I did sweep and mop. the curtains of your rooms were not messed with all we did was dust them. My partner and I asked you multiple times to check around and make sure you were satisfied with the cleaning. you could’ve told us right then and there if you wanted us to fix or clean better and you didn’t. I hope you have a blessed rest of your day."
