Mr Beatty my Technician was punctual, explained the process, showed progress, and was respectful of my home and furniture. My Carpets look brand new, stains completely gone (even tough ones!), fibers feel soft, not stiff, and smell fresh.Ive chosen this company for my lifetime carpet, upholstery and air duct needs. Also the prices are amazing for the quality of work done in a timely manner.

Great job! They actually pulled out a scrubber attachment and scrubbed my carpet. I gave them 3 stars because he initially hooked up the hose to my bathroom sink which began to leak and caused water damage to the bottom of the sink cabinet vanity.

Grime Away did a great job on my carpets in every area of my home. Prompt and Punctual, Respectful of my time. Stains that had been in the rugs for an extended period of time are no longer there. The cleaning crew arrived on time with a great attitude. They were very thorough, making sure they had the details of the cleaning services l requested: the carpet, throw rugs and hardwood floors.
