Grime Reaper Pressure Washing

Chris, although a one-man-band, did an excellent job. He cleaned our very dirty patio (paver stones) and then sealed it. I would rate him 5 stars if it were not for problems we encountered. 1) Heat! The sealant needed to be applied when the patio was less than 90 degrees. That meant he had to seal the patio around 1-2 am. While we were abed, our dogs were in an uproar! 2) Timing. The cleaning was done late in the week. He ran out of sealant and could not secure more supplies until Monday. That meant we/dogs could not use our patio for almost 5 days. 3) Chris is pleasant and easy to work with. Payment (Zelle) was easy as well. 4) Pricing was excellent.

On a scale of 1-10, Chris is a 20!!! He, his truck and his water tank showed up at my condo ready to do battle with the desert dust. He came out on short notice and made my outside landing and 14 steps look brand new! He is the ONLY one to call for expert power washing!!!!!!!!

They arrived on time and explained what they were going to do before getting started, which I really appreciated. Chris came on time and did a nice job removing the efflorescence-salty residue, off our patio and cinder block wall. The yard definitely looks better. I am thinking of having him back to reseal all of our stamped concrete. He also mentioned he could power wash my artificial turf with pet safe Kennisol. We have dogs and even though we hose it down it can still get a little smelly. Thinking of having him do that as well. Chris was great and I can happily recommend Grime Reaper!
