Grissoms Pro Services

I was eager to have Grissoms Pro Service help us out when I called for a plumber to come out and replace our 22-year-old water heater; unfortunately, the professionalism that was displayed by Dan during the phone conversation was not what I received the following day when the plumber, Chris, arrived. The very first thing I was told was that he wouldn’t be able to provide me with the service I had originally called and requested. He explained that his truck was full of waste from a job he had done the previous day, and he wouldn’t have time to go dump it to make room for a new water heater to be picked up and our old one hauled away. We settled on an alternate solution, but did so only because calling a different company out would result in us paying a trip charge for Grissoms, plus whatever charges we would incur from another company to come out and do the job that we originally wanted. This was not a satisfactory experience, and for that, I am not able to recommend them or give our business to Mr. Grissoms going forward. Unfortunately, I did not receive a follow-up call from Dan to discuss what took place; had a call been received, we may have been able to reach a different conclusion. I wish I could report something more positive, but I think it’s important that transparency prevail in these matters.

5 stars! Great work and communication. Installed a tankless hot water heater for us, did an amazing job, even had great references on other projects we needed. Highly recommend.

Dan was terrific, he made me feel comfortable and confident that he knew what needed to be done for the job. He was willing to work with me to ensure my family was taken care of. Grissoms Plumbing was thorough, efficient, and considerate the entire time they were in my home. I can’t thank them enough for their quick response to our needs and making it such a comfortable experience, I didn’t feel like I was just another number, Thank you!

Dan, the owner, is a master plumber but I discovered that there is so much else he can do! Not only do I have a plumber now but a handyman, for whatever I need. He and his assistant David are very professional, organized, courteous and highly competent. I was given an estimate the day before and they stuck to it, despite some unexpected glitches along the way. Prices are competitive. Seriously, give Dan a call for whatever you need!

Prompt & Punctual; Polite & Professional. Dan and Owen were Extremely good at what they did and were a dream to work with. Even though they had to go get additional equipment, they had things done, same day. Cleaned up after themselves. and explained what the root problem was and how they were going to fix it. Also made suggestions about some down-the-road work that would need to be done in the future. God bless 'em!!!

These guys showed up within 24 hours and got the job done for me within a couple of hours. The owner is such a nice guy and prices canâ t be beat. I will be a forever customer after my experience. Thank you Grissomâ s Pro!!

I called because we had a shower head that was dripping. Dan came out and checked the water pressure which was set too high, we ended up replacing our pressure reducing valve and rebuilt the shower. Weâ ve not had any issues since! Would highly recommend this company for any plumbing diagnostic.
