We called Groen based on a neighbor's review of work they provided earlier in the year. They made an appointment right away, gave us a ballpark cost based on a potential design, gave us a timeline on their availability and were extremely professional. After deciding to use them, they provided a digital design to help us review how it will look. Several days prior to installation they advised the date and the office ladies sent an email as well. On the day of installation they did exactly what they said and cleaned the area prior to leaving. After the job was done, Crayton stopped by to ensure we were happy with everything. We have other projects planned for next Spring and we will definitely be calling them back given how happy we are with their work and customer service.

Crayton was great to work with. Professional, returned phone calls in a timely manner. Worked with us on budget and did everything we asked for. Met with us to pick out plants that we wanted and that would be appropriate for the space. Work was completed when they said it would be. Would use again!

It was fine at first until 6 months after and trees started showing signs of stress. First response was to remix just area where burlap bag was exposed at tree bases. Second answer given was wind damage. Third answer was winter damage. Had to replace all 8 trees. 3 other landscapers told us the trees were planted incorrectly. Did hear back from Chad when I sent a final email explaining that they all had to be replaced and we had to pay for removal and new trees but after saying it was probably winter damage and now past one year he said he was 100% sure the trees had been planted correctly.

We met with Crayton to express our ideas and he suggested some of his thoughts for us to think about. Within days we had a design layout along with a cost analysis. They did the project quickly and with the exception of a few minor adjustments, it went very smoothly. Our most recent contact noted an arborvitae turning brown. Crayton responded immediately and will be checking this for us. We are very pleased with how the project went and how we have been treated.

It went terrific! The guys there got my yard started and going really quick and finished on the timeline they gave me beforehand. It is awesome to sit in our backyard now and enjoy it!

I was frustrated with them but decided to stay with them after they promised to do better. They charge 47.50 a week. There is no specific time they come just a specific day.

Excellent. Very prompt, professional, easy to work with and communicative. We made a lot of changes and Groen stayed with us every step of the way. Honest and fair and they stand by their work. If you are looking for help outside, definitely call Groen. I would hire them again in an instant.

Chad was fast, efficient, and very easy to work with. He answered emails and returned phone calls promptly. We got several estimates from local landscapers, and Chad's prices were the best by far. The work was completed before schedule. The only issue was that some of the scrap material was placed in the adjacent lot next door by one of the workers. But we would highly recommend him and absolutely use his services again. Our landscaping is beautiful. <br />

It takes them a while to come out and actually do the work, but they do a good job once they arrive. The price is competitive, too.

It was great! The price was reasonable, the driveway turned out well, and the crew was careful to avoid damaging some recently laid concrete for my garage which I appreciated. What's more is that they did the work while I was away, so I came home to a freshly done driveway.

I received an advertisement card in the mail that read and quot; and quot;Tired of shoveling snow? RELAX!and quot; and I gave them a call. It worked out great! Initially they did my snow removal. Now they also do the lawn maintenance. <br /> <br /> They come out when we get at least 2 inches of snow. My rate is $35 for 2 to 4 inches of snow. Each additional inch is I believe $3. They have had the snow shoveled before I go to work. It's nice to wake to the hum of snow blowers and realize I don't have to get up and blow or shovel the snow. <br /> <br /> Additional, I have had them do some landscaping work around the house. They did a great job. It's a little pricey for me so I have done limited amounts. <br /> <br /> I have signed on for them to do the lawn mowing this year and it has been great too. They charge me I believe $35/mow with an additional $5 to bag. Weed eating and edging are included and done as needed. I have a contract for the whole season. It's really great to not have to worry about mowing the lawn. They are in and out in a very short time and the lawn looks great. I don't have to worry about if its going to rain or if it's too hot or if the grass is getting tall, it's really nice. <br />
