Gary did a really good job on one set of stairs that needed more extensive work, but did not do what we contracted for on the second set of stairs and when I realized that I tried to contact him by email and voicemail and never received a response back, he was to fill several cracks and holes around stair railings and pressure wash the rust stains off the stairs and he only filled a few of the holes and did not do the rest of the work. Unfortunately I did not realize this until after I paid him.

"I want to apologize to you for not responding to the email in a timely manner. The job in question was definitely completed to your standards as well as your husband who was present during the whole process that day. With that being said, if something wasn’t done that we agreed upon, it would’ve been noted that day while the work was being performed almost a year ago. To my understanding to went to sell the property recently and the Potential buyers may want to to do some work. If any of the area we repaired if faulty, we definitely will come and fix or further repair those area but not something that wasn’t there during the time the work was performed. Final payment wasn’t made until after it was inspected by you or your husband. I’m here to help you but we can’t do work that wasn’t a part of the original repairs."

The work went well. Gary's price was significantly better than the other quote we received. He was responsive in phone communication and provided excellent advice about how best to finish the garage floor. They managed to complete the demo and foundation work and pour the new concrete all in one day; the work appeared of good quality, the crew was helpful and polite, and the final work matched our specifications well. They did an especially good job smoothing the concrete so it has a very flat and even surface. I would very happily hire them again.

Gary is highly motivated and his team does great work. He arrived on time and did exactly what he said he was going to do. There were a couple of minor things that I asked to be addressed after the job was complete, and he came out and did everything I had requested. I would say communication is his weakest point. He is busy and after this job was 90% complete I didn't hear from him for over one week. This is probably normal as the concrete cures, before the forms come off, but I never really was given a timeline for that part of the job. I had full confidence/trust in Gary otherwise I may have worried a little. I also had to finish some of the things that I thought he may take care of, like filling the excavated area to the top of the yard, flush with the yard. He probably would have done that if I asked and/or gave him the time. You can tell he is straight forward, honest, and interested in satisfying customers and building/maintaining a good reputation. My experience was that he'll make sure you are happy, you may just need to be patient while he makes the time.

The work was performed as discussed, professionally and on time. Dealing with Gross Concrete was easy and pleasant. I'll continue to deal with them for future concrete needs. They weren't the cheapest estimate but I had more confidence in them, and I think I got the best price/performance. It wasn't a big job bit it was important to me.

Gary was the second person to call me back and the first to show up on site to talk about the project. Gary is a busy man on the go, but he's also a man of his word. He came and did what he said he would do, when he said he would do it, for the price he quoted. He even stuck around to make sure I was happy with the job and was totally cool when I asked him to go over the surface one more time to make it a little smoother. We need more people like Gary in the Baltimore rehab world.

We had a bit of a rough start when the owner gave me a time he would start and was significantly late arriving wthout calling. They did good work once they arrived and they finished in one day. I expected that they would be back to remove the framing in a few days but it took closer to 2 weeks for him to return and haul it away. The sidewalk looks good and they did tidy up well on the day they did the work.

Gray Gross and his crew did an outstanding job. Gary remained on site to oversee the project. His crew worked well together and cleaned as they went along. Final project was done extremely well. Gary even brushed finished the slab himself. I highly recommended Gross Concrete.

Gross Concrete did an exceptional job. It turned out way better than expected. They did a very neat job and you could see that they guys were very proud of their work. The patio looks amazing, and it was a very smart solution that the owner proposed for our 90 year old concrete patio and garage. They are talented, and you should hire them!

Things went well. Mr Gross came out and gave me an estimate and also a diagram of how it would look afterwards since we were changing the original layout. Once agreed he and his employees came did the work . Being that it was outside I did not need to be home. I was highly impressed with the work. My neighbors complemented the work. I would definitely use him again .

Gary was very professional, responsive, and accommodating. He listened to my wishes and explained the challenges and steps that were required to accomplish the project. The finish product was superior. Gross Concrete Construction dugout the area next to my existing rear driveway to expand it to a two car parking pad. No shorts cuts were taken from the beginning to the end. Their prices were reasonable, the work area was always kept clean, the job was done in a timely manner, and the whole experience was handled in a professional manner.

Gary was great to work with. I called at 3pm on Friday for an estimate and he was at my house by 7. His price was much better than the other estimates I received. He rebuilt the step the way it should have been done in the first place. Gary and his team were great to work with. They will be my first call for any other concrete work.

The entire project went very well. Gary was very professional and completed the entire project in 2.5 days. He and his crew arrived early in the morning (the earlier the better) and even stayed until 8-9pm for the first 2 full days, which I thought was great and showed dedication to the time frame. Everything that was needed to be fixed was done so. The Apron, driveway and walkway were all dug up, the driveway was previously asphalt that had cracked horribly since before we purchased the home. The concrete was poured beautifully. This type of work probably would have taken others a week to complete, and so 2.5 days was astonishing. We are definitely planning to use Gary again for our porch and front sidewalk after we get our back deck completed! <br />
