Better than We Expected! Thanks Again Lionel! :-)

Lionel and his team were great to work with for the renovation of my basement (new flooring and trim work) and a completely new bathroom. Highlights for me, the crews were on time, courteous and professional. The work looks great, really pleased with the end product. I already have talked with them about a couple other projects.

From beginning to end, Groundbreaking Construction was excellent. This company has excellent communication, pricing, and workmanship. They work with your budget, give options to keep the job within budget, and discuss pros and cons with you. They showed up when they said they would, sometimes stayed late to complete a project, and always cleaned up each day. The team was pleasant and respectful, and really cared about the work they did. I cannot recommend this company enough. A++

We had Ground Breaking Construction come out to work on my dad's house and garage that needed to be done before a refinance could be completed. The work entailed having the trim of his house scraped, primed and painted, along with having some siding put up on one side of the garage and a hole covered on another. The work that needed to be done was just a bandaid on a broken bone kind of situation. Lionel and Nichole Bell came out, listened to exactly what we needed done to please the finance company, asked questions, and were extremely understanding when no one else would even return my calls. I had received an estimate from 2 other companies that was literally a paragraph in an email. That was not the case with Lionel and Nichole. They provided us an estimate, that very day, that was laid out completely professionally and detailed, which included their business name, address, phone number and license information. Lionel and Nichole spoke to the finance company about the contract, understood the payment process and were still willing to do the work. Lionel and his co-worker were completely professional on the job. Lionel went above and beyond to ask questions that arose, communicated with me the whole time, and even offered suggestions about how something could be done to look better than was expected. They were thorough, left the job completely clean and even finished a day earlier than was originally proposed, but absolutely within the time frame that was allotted to us by the finance company. I would certainly recommend Lionel and Nichole Bell, and their company, Ground Breaking Construction and Landscaping.

We were very pleased and impressed with the work that was done . They worked with us being in another state and made sure we were happy. They were very professional and did great work. We would definitely recommend them .

Very happy with Lionel and his helper. I was on a tight timeline to get it completed as I was getting ready to list my home, and Lionel was prompt and got the job done well and efficiently.

Had my parking strip filled with concrete, dyed red and stamped to resemble chimney brick. This matches my planters. The custom work was done quickly, professionally and I am a VERY happy customer. The detail work is amazing! Beautiful work! Thank you GroundBreaking!

100% satisfied with Ground Breaking Comstruction and Landscape. They kept us well informed and started and completed the job when promised. We had old sod removed and new sod installed in our back yard as well as a little stone patio where we will put a fireplace. They did a great job and everything looks amazing! Would definitely hire again and definitely recommend!

An amazing transformation for my yard. My yard - really a hot mess - had gotten away from me. Lionel did a walk through with me. We discussed ideas. He listened. He helped me adjust my vision to things that I could take care of. The yard clean up is just the first step in transformation from hot mess to serene yard.
