"If there is anything we can do to change your mind about us we will be happy to do so. Unfortunately the rain and wind storms in the end of April have pushed your start date back and intern had to push everyone in front of you back as well then it forced you back even farther. We are unable to control the weather and we are sorry for any problems. I am unsure how the dirt is a low quality as dirt is dirt and the dirt you received comes from a well known landscaping dealer in the area. This is also the same dirt we use for any job we do. please call us if you have any concerns we can address. 313-727-9710"
