"First, I want to thank you for allowing Ground Up Repairs to service your needs and all feedback is welcomed. We pride ourselves in providing quality customer service to all of our customers. It is important to understand that having a level floor in the home ensures the installation is level. Your kitchen floor had multiple levels, one being a very thick carpeting, which laid underneath a lament floor, which caused your entire kitchen floor to be uneven underneath the appliances that were installed. You were advised of this during the installation and every effort was made to ensure the final installation was acceptable to you. I recommend removing one of the multiple levels of flooring ( the industrial grade carpeting ) in order to get a more even look for the appliances in your kitchen. If you have and more questions or concerns please feel free to contact me directly."
