Technician came out diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. The technician returned with the part not at the arranged time, but fixed the bad bearing. When we used the dryer the first time the vent was not hooked up properly so all the vented humidly remained in the house. I reached out to them to come finish the job and did not get a response to my email. In the end we had to pull the washer and dryer out of position to install the vent.

James was able to schedule an appointment for next day! He was on time and extremely professional. Instead of waiting for a part to be shipped to him to finish the repair, he traveled to several location to get the replacement part. He charged a reasonable and fair price. I own several rental properties and will definitely use Ground Up Appliance Repair again.

Prompt and knowledgeable. He came to install a dishwasher, got right to work only to find out the appliance store delivered the wrong dishwasher. He cleaned-up, charged me a very reasonable price for the service call and gave me a credit for the ultimate installation, which never happened because the appliance store discounted the dish washer and installed at no charge on account of the mix ulp.

dishwasher installation made lot of issues about space, cracked lamination of counter, in oven did not install properly tilted on right side did not level the supporting plate, also did not give bill and wanted to remove bad review from google before coming not acceptable ,

It is important to understand that having a level floor in the home ensures the installation is level. Your kitchen floor had multiple levels, one being a very thick carpeting, which laid underneath a lament floor, which caused your entire kitchen floor to be uneven underneath the appliances that were installed. You were advised of this during the installation and every effort was made to ensure the final installation was acceptable to you. I recommend removing one of the multiple levels of flooring ( the industrial grade carpeting ) in order to get a more even look for the appliances in your kitchen. Work man responded within a day and came on same day. It was a Saturday. He determined what needed replacement but could not get the baking element that same day as it was later in the afternoon. He called and said he had part on Monday and repaired it successfully that day. He was very courteous and easy to work with and did the repair in a short time. I was very satisfied and my oven is in use again..

When I initially inquired about the job, James responded immediately. The appointment was set up for the next day. As a courtesy, the part was picked up for me. He arrived on time and was in compliance with CDC regulations in regards to wearing a mask which I appreciated so much. The installation was quick and the price for the job was very reasonable. James is my guy going forward....loved his professionalism.
